This more like a motel and not so clean
Pros:

The location is great. The staff in the day is nice but in the night, he was so rude.

Cons:

The room is dirty. They did not clean the towels and linens. Our room is in the lower level which has no views at all. The staff at night is super rude, he hang off when I am asking for help on phone.

Small room, very noisey from people staying above us, dated and the beds were not comfortable.

Not a whole lot was good.

Cons:

2 hour wait for the shuttle. I asked for a main floor room and was given a second floor one that I, as a mobility challenged person he'd to climb a flight of stairs. The furnishings were not of the standard I would have expected for the price I was charged. And worst of all, there was NO hot water on my check out morning for a shower.
