Great location for us!
We expected queen beds, but instead received double beds. Since we were a group of three people, two of us were unable to sleep comfortably in the double bed.
Clean and comfortable. Great location and serene. Breakfast was good. Good value for money

La télé a été déprogrammer avant nous et nous sommes rentrée a la chambres pour 10:00 et vous aviez personnes pour régler la situation pcq c'était trop tard. Vous devriez avoir un system qui fait un reset automatique après chaque client.

Great shower pressure, clean spacious room, comfortable bed
Breakfast buffet could have been better...scrambled eggs were bland, no bananas, juice was watered down, dining area was small and crowded. Did not like going inside to go upstairs and then outside to the room.

-Location is super good, direct by the river, they have a nice area by the river to sit down. Parking is free and convenient.
- Beds are comfortable and nice
-Employees are not that helpful, we arrive to Ottawa earlier than anticipated by 1 hour, they didn't allow early check in before 3 pm!
-Breakfast is very limited with options, you can't call it breakfast at all!
- Keep hearing water noise in the room specially in night!
- Toilet was dripping water from the ceiling and bad smell was in the toilet!
I love this place! Everything about it is wonderful. The bestest bestest thing.. is the gym is open 24 hours!! Completely saved me from my four-day lack of strength training thank you so so much
The hotel is kept as clean as they can, but it is so old and almost everything has chips/broken or stained with exception for the bedding. The walls are super thin. The breakfast is inedible, made from factory prepared food and very salty. You can pay a similar price without breakfast and get a more updated room elsewhere. It's too bad, had high hopes based on previous reviews.
