The price and how comfortable i was in the room.
A few of the towels in the bathroom weren't clean, and the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room properly.
I didn’t like nothing about the hotel
Everything! It was horrible, the experience was horrible and very very very Un sanitized.
The pool was green. We had to leave the tank open on the toilet just to flush. The back door didn’t have a handle and never locked. The shower didn’t have hot water. We were not happy at all this is our 3rd time staying at this location because we come to Raleigh NC around this time every year for carnival. The carpets in the room need to be deep cleaned. My feet were black after walking around the room, that’s very disgusting and hazardous to people’s health.
The staff was great, they were friendly.
The pool was closed, one elevator was broken. The landscaping was also behind. I was told by staff that they were under renovation but it was on hold over money. These things should be known beforehand. Pictures on your website should be current.

This has got to be the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. I can’t believe anyone would want to stay here nor that a hotel would rent a room in such horrible condition. The hallways were filthy. The hotel has a sign 100% smoke free and all you smell as soon as you walked in the front door and room was cigarettes. The bathroom vanity was filthy and it had cigarette burns. The bed sheets were filthy and had stains, the chairs covered of dust. We walked in and walked right out of the room. As we walked down the stairs there was a bottle full of urine and reeked of urine as well. The pool was green. It was a nightmare as I had my wife and two kids with me to try and find another hotel last minute to stay at. I do not recommend anyone staying here in La Quinta Crabtree in Raleigh.

Had multiple issues with this hotel during my stay. First issue was they claim the hotel to be a 100% smoke free environment but witnessed multiple people and staff smoking under No Smoking signs around the hotel. Second issue was the microwave in our room was broken. Third issue was bugs crawling out of our sink, when brought up to the front desk, they said they were already aware of the bug issue and nobody was coming out until later that week to take care of it.
The bathroom was the only room that actually felt clean.
The room was nothing like the pictures online. The carpets were stained. The bed had a big dip in it. The couch was so stained we didn't want to sit on it much less sleep on it. The baseboards in the lobby were peeling off. We booked 2 nights but left after the first one. If it hadn't been so late when we got there we wouldn't have stayed the 1st night.
I like the Continental breakfast
I stayed here because they said they had a pole, but the pole was dirty and not opened. They did have a continental breakfast but the second day that I stayed the waffle maker wasn't working so there wasn't much of a breakfast.
Price was pretty good. Ac in room worked pretty good and bed wasn't half bad
Hall ways had a wierd smell and guess ac didnt work very well. Elevator broke on the floor we stayed on so went to stairs amd it smelled like a porta potty on a hot day and also had some type of clothing balled up on steps minimal selections for the breakfast. Exhaust fan in room did not seem to work either.

Needs upgrade, not operational front doors, walks need to be painted, room doors have pried open with a crowbat.
Horrible a man set a fire to the beds in the room next me . The staff never called or said anything to me to ask if I was okay . I had to be moved to another room some of my things were damaged
