Great location
Pros:

Very comfortable
Nice and clean

Cons:

The pool was green. This was one of the main draws in booking the hotel. It's middle of June, why is the pool not clean

Pros:

One housekeeper was nice.

Cons:

The entire place was disgusting. Carpets were gross all through the building. The entire ace smelled like weed, inside and out, also joints snd blunt pieces were on the ground everywhere. Trash inside and outside of building. No lampshades, it was all around bad! Never will we go to another one of these locations.

It's a great price for the location, would be better with an interior upgrade.
Pros:

The location is prime, only a 3-5 minute drive for shopping at the mall. Staff very nice & accommodating, she even checked down rooms to find a TV remote when I informed her my room did not have one.

Cons:

The site needs a major update inside. There are stains on walls & carpets throughout the building.

Pros:

Room we're very clean and beds are comfortable

Cons:

Floors in hallway was not clean. The Elevators had bad smell and dirty. The first night fire and it went down stairs, it's was dirty and smelling. I had to hold my breath because of smell

5 minutes in the worst and most disgusting hotel of my life.
Pros:

The outside is accurate minus the fact that the pool was literally green…

Cons:

The hygiene. The place is disgusting. Smells like cigarettes and marijuana. Carpets are covered in stains and sticky in places, the beds smelled bad and I’m pretty sure had bugs. When we got there we went to take the elevator to our room which immediately broke. The place is just filthy and the building needs completely redone. The rooms front door looked like someone tried to beat it down. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there with my children and asked for a refund after the first 5 minutes of being in the room. When the manager asked me what was wrong with the room I replied with “come on man I think we both know what’s wrong with the hotel in general” he nodded and said “yes I know…I will refund you” and I actually don’t think I ever was refunded.

The staff was very professional and offered me half of the room due to the inconvenience.

The front entrance of the hotel was welcoming.

Cons:

The sanitation of the property was not up kept. Although there could be high traffic in the hallway. The Hallways are being neglected the carpet had a bad Oder due to lack of shampoo. Couldn’t use the shower due to shower head broken which resulted in Water coming out onto the floor. And rodents were seen coming from the bathroom. When trying to kill them they ran under the base board behind the door to the left.

Besides the little pieces of food in the corner on the elevator, the hallway and my room smelled like a “pot festival!”
