Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Giulia, na sala do pequeno-almoço, foi muito atenciosa.

Would like to return every year!
Pros:

The room was excellent. A minor issue with the shower but not a big deal considering the rest of details and amenities. The breakfast included in the reservation exceeded my expectations; everything was of the highest quality and taste. And the service and attention to the guest was perfetto!!

La baignoire pas pratique et lorsqu’on se douche l’eau inonde le sol et la vue de la chambre minable vue sur une partie des détritus et débarras de toute sorte pour un hôtel de se standing incompréhensible

The captain was completely unprofessional and clearly lacked even the most basic customer service skills. His attitude and the way he spoke to guests were unacceptable and fell far below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. It is astonishing that someone in this position has not been properly trained. The hotel should immediately provide comprehensive customer service training or reconsider whether he is suitable for a guest-facing role.

Hotel muito bom, mas aquém das expectativas
Pros:

O hotel fica na pracinha mais famosa de Porto Cervo, ao lado de lojas de grife e restaurante badalados.
O café da manhã é ótimo, tem muitas opções no buffet e também algumas a la carte. Além disso, o local onde é servido o café tem 3 ambientes, todos muito bonitos e um com vista mar para a marina de Porto Cervo.

A piscina é ok, mas não é aquecida.

O hotel possui uma praia privativa, que fica há uns 10/15 min de barco e o hotel oferece, claro, a viagem gratuita até lá. A praia não é sensacional com aquele azul turquesa ou aquele verde maravilhoso que você vai encontrar em outras praias da Sardenha, mas vale a visita em um dia que você quiser descansar, pois a praia é silenciosa, sem ambulantes ou música. Outra coisa é que a praia não possui estrutura de bar, eles apenas tem algumas bebidas nao alcoolicas e cerveja. Mas para compensar, se você quiser, é só pedir no café da manhã, que eles montam um cooler com bebidas e comidas que você desejar de um cardapio que eles tem especialmente pra isso, e mandam entregar lá na praia.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, a cama grande e confortável, os travesseiros e as roupas de cama também.

Cons:

O banheiro podia ser melhor e maior. Acho um absurdo esses chuveiros dentro de banheira, ainda mais em um hotel como esse.
Outra coisa que nos marcou muito foi o cheiro FORTE de vinagre nas toalhas.
A limpeza também não foi o forte do hotel. O nosso quarto tinha uma varandinha. Quando chegamos, notamos uma sujeira em cima do estofado do banco, ficamos 6 noites hospedados e a sujeira permaneceu até irmos embora.

O atendimento do concierge também não é dos melhores. Achamos que ficou aquém do nível que o hotel quer passar.
Nada simpáticos, sempre de cara fechada.

Eu acredito que tenham hoteis mais bonitos, mais novos e mais baratos em locais próximos a Porto Cervo que valem mais a pena.

A perfect getaway
Pros:

Staff was incredible, extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. Concierge was extremely helpful with helping us locate activities, lunch and dinner, especially Alessandro! The hotel was extremely clean as well! We will be back!
