So welcoming!
Pros:

Centralized location on our way to ATL. I drove 7h on a Friday from Va Beach with my parents. Miss Lisa was going to put us in a room on the second floor. I mentioned that my mom had hip surgery 2 months ago and was still recovering. She immediately took the key back and put us in a room on the first floor. I was telling her about the traffic and accidents on our way down. She chatted with us about the crazy everyday things that happen on 85. Once we settled, I had a number of other questions to ask and she patiently answered them and continued on sharing and relating how she felt too. Honestly after a long day I really appreciated her candor. Miss Lisa was a breath of fresh air for checking in. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Finding this place a day before we left VA, under $200/nite on Booking.com was icing on the cake.

Clean and comfortable; easy access to our vehicle from the room; bkfast was good; staff was friendly.

Cons:

Fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Fridge had only 1 shelf-- it appeared that 1 or 2 shelves had been removed. Also, it would have been better if it included a small freezer section.

Good location/ Staff however I wouldn’t rate the cleanliness very high.
Pros:

I liked how quick check in was! Good location with lots of stores and food around! Staff was friendly to us coming and going!!

Cons:

What we didn’t like was the whole room smelt moist, almost like wet dog the entire stay. Tried to take a shower and the towels were dirty, had black spot stains on them. We tried to lower the ac unit to help the moist feeling/smell but it did not help.
