The lady that checked me in was very nice and accomodating. thats about it.
Get in the room and turn the AC down to 64 as it was 75 when i arrived. It took all night to next morning before ac even reached 67 deg. Another thing, i get charged for the room and amenities but when i go to use the gym it is closed for maintenance. Breakfast tasted horrible.
Water pressure was absolutely horrible. When showering id have to stand and wait under the shower head to try and get most of soap off but was barely enough water to do that.
It was clean
AC was not working properly
Beds were comfortable but the a\c struggled to keep cool.
Was not informed that the place looks like it's shutdown because it's being heavily under remodeled, I payed for my stay with booking the person at the desk was charging me additional fees and a deposit on top of that not a problem paying it but would of like to been informed prior to booking there. Funny smells coming out of all different places for example the elevator. I just know I won't ever book there again.

We're disappointed with the receptionist that attended to us when we wanted to check in.she was unprofessional and didn't give us a good room initially and wanted us to pay additional fee to get us our room.
Our check in experience what not good, we've to shout our way to get a better room. The initial room she gave us was filthy and beside a construction equipment
I didn’t have breakfast. The availability of the baggage cart was good.
