Nettes kompetentes Personal, jedoch bei persönlicher Lärmsensibilität auf die Zimmerwahl achten!

Lage in der Innenstadt prinzipiell günstig, nettes Personal, reichhaltige Frühstücksoptionen zu einem akzeptablen Preis, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, 24-Stunden-Rezeption

Cons:

Lage des Zimmers zur Straße gelegen (bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalt problematisch), schlechter Schall. und Hitzeschutz, sehr laut, was in der Kombination mit der Hitzeperiode meinen Schlaf sehr erschwert hat, die Klimatisierung wäre verbesserungswürdig (nur kleiner Ventilator vorhanden).

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Gerne wieder

Cons:

Die Damen beim Frühstück schienen mäßig motiviert. Mit einer Dame musste ich darüber diskutieren, wo ich gerne sitzen möchte. Die andere Mitarbeiterin machte eine Gästin, die um 10.00 Uhr zum Frühstück erschien, darauf aufmerksam, dass es „nur noch“ bis 10.30 Uhr Frühstück gab. Diese Bemerkung schien unangemessen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag nach hinten in einer Dreiecksgasse, wo leider der Schall sehr übertragen wurde.
Außerdem war es sehr warm. Eine Klimanlage täte gut.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. In my opinion, it offers excellent value for money and feels like a much higher-end hotel than the price suggests. The breakfast was also great. I would happily stay here again.
