מיקום מעולה ליד איילה סנטר, ארוחת בוקר עשירה, ביקשתי סלט והם הכינו לי לפי בקשתי כל בוקר, הכינו לנו גם ארוחת בוקר ארוזה כי יצאנו מוקדם לבוהול.
לובי ענק בכל ערב זמר אורח והפי אוור, צוות מקסים ועוזר,

Cons:

מרגיש מלון יוקרתי אך עם זאת מיושן, ריהוט עץ כבד, שטיחים במסדרון, הבריכה היתה בשיפוץ, וכן מסביב בונים.

Our go to hotel everytime we visit Cebu!
Pros:

Location is the best. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. We love the breakfast served everyday, its always a homey experience and great taste.

Cons:

Property is quite old especially the rooms but otherwise comfortable. Also there is an ongoing works conducted so the easy access to Ayala Mall is detoured but still accessible.

Close to Ayala Mall.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet wasn’t quite up par with what we had experienced in the past. Several food items were cold; e.g. scrambled eggs, baked beans and pancakes. Both mornings after being shown to our table no staff members came by to see if we wanted coffee. We had to get our own coffee and refills. Never experienced this before at Seda’s buffet.

The coffee at the lobby cafe was very good

Warm refrigerator... could not store a drink

Super loud singer in lobby ... absolutely ridiculous volume ... a lounge bar is to relax , enjoy and have BACKGROUND music ... not a super loud rock concert ithat meant you could not hear each other speak and on more than one occasion drive people straight to the safety of their room ...IDIOTIC MANAGEMENT to allow this ... even reception had to yell at customers checking in ... 100% dumb
And the girl singing had only " moderate talent " so this makes the distortion worse.

No pool for many years

The location

Cons:

There was a wait for breakfast every morning. Also, they don’t have plant based milk available. You have to request it and they do not label the food on the buffet so if you are vegetarian vegan or have any type of allergy, this is really tricky however, they are very hospitable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

في قلب السنتر والموال والكثير من الخدمات والمكان مريح وجميع والمطعم رائع بالفندق.

Cons:

الأصوات الصاخبة في المطاعم اسمعها في الفندق واحتاج ارغب بالنوم المبكر ولكن لا تغلق إلا الساعة 12 .. كان رقم غرفتي 1015 في الدور العاشر
