Everything was excellent

Great location, very clean, friendly and efficient staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The laundry area is great.
The staff was wonderful. Ms Bernadine went abve and beyond for us. The property is very well kept and the whole hotel was extclean. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety to choose from. Room was big, comfy bed and lovely bathroom as well.
Wish there were more washers and dryers.

No non dairy creamer and limited decaf coffee, but that’s just me having dietary restrictions
Overall it was a good vacation staff was nice and friendly. Check-in was delayed for about an hour after we got there 6pm. I don’t know how long other customers waited before us but the system was down. I didn’t like that I had to request for my sheets to be changed I understand eco friendly but change my sheets I couldn’t sleep. The facility needs a few upgrades like pool, elevator, tubs and tv stations. Need more breakfasts options.

The only thing I didn't like was the overpriced gouging they had for their snacks and drinks. But I guess that what you get when you try to buy snacks and drinks at a hotel
Breakfast was the best part. The full beds in the room were super uncomfortable. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Bath tub was dirty. The towels didnt smell or look fresh.
