Both time I stayed was ok. Management there is awful

Management doesn’t seem to care too much about customers. I stayed at the hotel twice back to back stay I booked a third time I couldn’t make it due to car trouble I called and explained the situation they didn’t even give me credit they just collected their money

la habitacion

Que el personal de limpieza en el piso 5 nos toco a la puerta a las 8.30.am cuando la salida es a las 11 am .ademas que hablaban muy alto desde temprano en los pasillos entre ellas .para mi el oersonal hay que capacitarlo un poco .solamente destacar que la que atiende el desayuno fue muy amable y respetuosa .
