Please note that the swimming pool, pool bar, fitness center, River's Edge Restaurant and the lobby bar are closed from March 30, 20226, to November 30 2026.

Please note that from March 30, 20226, to November 30 2026, a temporary fitness centre will be set up in the hotel's ballroom. Guests will be offered limited grab-and-go bistro-style food and beverages at the lobby of Riverwalk Bistro & Bar from 07:00 to 11:00, and from 17:00 to 22:00.

ja havia hospedado nele antes, e era muito bom. acontece que ele esta em uma grande reforma, peguei-o para ficar de uma tarde para a manhã seguinte. se fosse ficar mais tempo preferiria um outro

The location and balcony view

Cons:

Everything else was bad. The hotel is under a heavy renovation. It should not be on the market. I felt robbed or scammed. I paid $256 for one night in a place with almost no amenities. No pool, no gym, no lobby. The room was outdated, to say the least. The bathroom was filthy. Carpet stained. Balcony is like a cheap motel. I don't know. At least they should charge half or third of the original price.

Will be awesome after renovations
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location for downtown activities. Its walkable to Benchmark arena and the Riverwalk is a nice scenic way to get around.

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation, so we could not use the pool. The restaurant was also closed, but they had a little area for food. The bar was open, but only one person working. Too many people waiting so we left.

There was a lot of construction going on at the property. The noise at times was too loud, there was no pool as it was part of the construction. The hotel next door allowed us to utilize their pool however that pool was dirty and cloudy.

Pros:

Great location. Understandable that it was being upgraded, but didn't know that until I booked. Breakfast was ok, the staff was great. Looking forward to staying again. This was my 3rd stay. Let's get the restaurant, and pool up and running.

Keys were left out car running at vallet stand for over 10minutes which I have video of with no staff in sight.
Pool was closed with no acknowledgment of that not posted on website.
The second day we were there they shut the water off in the whole building for 5 hrs
Charged 100$ a day for deposit
Then 94$ after leaving for what? Didnt buy anything or damage the room worst stay ever.
Online shows smart tvs but none of the apps work in two different rooms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Good location on the riverwalk, team was friendly!

Cons:

Pool and pool bar closed for renovations, was only told this a few days prior to arrival, not sure we would have booked had we known.
