Excellent service!
Pros:

I was in DC on business and, as usual, stayed at the George Hotel. The highlight was the outstanding service from every person there. In particular, Ahmed was delightful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

A special thank you to Ahmed from the Front Office team for being incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We stayed in Room 603 (from May 30 to june 1), which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The internet connection was also fast and reliable, which made our stay even more convenient.

We also enjoyed the complimentary grab-and-go breakfast. It was fresh, tasty, and perfect for guests who want a quick meal before heading out for the day.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

The first staff person I encountered was VERY helpful and friendly when we checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. Not enough selection and very picked over even at 8am when I first went down to pick our items. The second day there was only one pastry and 2 yogurts to choose from for our family of six.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a conference and had a great experience. The hotel was very nice, and the staff was amazing, especially Ahmed! I also appreciated the snacks, water, and beverages available in the lobby.

Amazing place
Pros:

We stayed here to attend a concert at Nationals Park. The hotel room we stayed in was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were exceptional. The check in was very smooth and quick. Solomon was an excellent valet. He unloaded our bags, helped us check in and upon leaving the next day, he retrieved our car quickly to include loading our bags. One more exceptional event impressed us, too. Amed helped us with directions on how to get the Nationals Park and even went as far as walking with us to show us where the Union Station metro was located. Overall, we felt very grateful for all the positive things that happened during our stay at this hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Pros:

Ahmed was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel like VIPs! Sydney was so great and made our mid stay reservation change so smooth. Adam was attentive and helped get us all settled in! Great team!

The staff is superb
Pros:

I stay here all the time. The staff is great. Just great. Benjamin is such a happy and nice person as is Ahmed. My laptop was acting up and Ahmed tried to help and fixed it. Ahmed is inidicative of how helpful everyone is -- it is like having a home in DC. You can walk to the Whitehouse, the courthouse and the Red and Yellow train lines are right there -- so location is great. It is an older building but the hotel has such the nice staff and they will help you with every single thing. The beds are nice. The bathroom is great. The charging outlets are old -- but, work. So much better than every other big hotel that is your option.
