-3 marches pour accéder à la salle de bain avec éclairage de ces marches par sécurité mais réveil de l'autre occupant.
même si rien n'est possible pour améliorer, au moins prévenir lors de la réservation.
-peu de rangements disponibles : étagères de l'armoire occupées par le matériel mis à disposition faute de place dans la chambre (tasses à thé, sèche cheveux, frigo) ne reste que la penderie et l'étagère supérieure un peu haute pour être pratique.
-petit déjeuner basique (croissant- donuts...) mais de rien de particulier.
-le rapport qualité/prix. nous avions réservé en pensant disposer d'un hébergement de qualité. en fait nous avons eu tout juste un 3 étoiles. c'est la première fois que nous sommes aussi déçus. Certes il est bien placé, mais on l'avait choisi aussi pour ça.

Tudo maravilhoso! Cama gigante, quarto super limpo, com várias comodidades. Café da manhã excelente, equipe sorridente. Isso sem falar na localização perfeita. Parece um hotel 4 estrelas, não 3. Recomendo demais!

Poor cost/benefit ratio. Location is the only value of this acomodation.

45 minutes delay to check-in. Despite late check-in time of 3 PM, room was not ready. Relatively modest family room for 300 EUR per night without breakfast. The staff was not particularly motivated to resolve any issue. Overall, the only advantage is location, cost/benefit ratio is mostly poor. Presumably, better options can be found in Barcelona downtown.

Our overnight stay in Barcelona, prior to our cruise.
Pros:

The Hotel was so central. We could reach it with the Aerobus straight from the airport with a short walk to the hotel . We were greeted by friendly staff. We found everything to be clean. We purchased the optional breakfast which was delicious and good value for money
