Staff was great. Though I probably wouldn’t stay at the property again because the bedding was of such poor quality.

Adequate Accomodations - Clean and an Older Clientele
Pros:

The location was perfect. Not in downtown but right outside and about half the price. Within a few miles of the observatory and a quick shot to the Grand Canyon and The Snow Bowl. Plenty of quick dinning nearby and some excellent restaurants within a few minutes. Good for families and old people. Quiet at night..

Cons:

I didn't love that the hotel charges more than a dollar for one Tide pod to use in the guest laundry. It would be better if they sold small travel bottles of laundry soap
All of the staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros:
