Clean room, convenient location, polite staff, free airport shuttle

Cons:

Difficult to call hotel to arrange airport shuttle pick up - had to call more than 5 times as nobody answered. This was not ideal for lone female travellers arriving late at night. We were kindly provided an upgraded room but this didn't have enough beds for our group. We were eventually provided with the booked room, but this was in a corridor undergoing renovations with plastic sheeting everywhere and a strong smell of fresh paint.

Pros:

Location and staff was great. It was perfect for the night before a flight home.

Cons:

Rooms could have had more sound proofing. We awoke when others doors closed on our wing and planes started taking off (waking us earlier than we wanted).

Cons:

Though we were given an accessible room, that was not in and of itself a reason for our complaints.
1. To get hot water at the lavatory, the faucet had to be turn on full force and in so doing, water flows over the sink.
2. There are no towel bars in the room meaning that a damp towel has no where to be hung to dry.

Clean and modern hotel with a great breakfast but still need to take a shuttle to get there.

Clean, modern and large rooms. Food was great

Cons:

It wasn’t as close to the terminal as I thought so over priced and a hassle to walk to and we got bad advice on where to get the shuttle.
