Pros:

Conveniently close to the airport, no shuttle bus required. The beds were comfortable enough, it was relatively quiet and the curtains blocked most of the light. The place looks clean.

Cons:

For a former Radison Blu hotel, they definitely downgraded the interior with the refurbishment to make it a Clayton Hotel. The bar looked like a cantina and was not staffed with experienced bar personnel. The atmosphere was bland at best, with bright lights and standard tables and chairs. The rooms were not warmly dressed up either, very grey and white. Bright LED lights in the room also, no warm atmosphere. Therefore the price well north of €200,- per night is not good value for what you expect.

You’re assured a warm welcome…Beware restaurants

The desk staff are truly professional and accommodating…ideal for the lone traveller needing a warm welcome…

Cons:

The wait staff in the Lounge and in the Collage restaurant are neglectful and need training …
I was approached with some other diners meal although I had clearly ordered what I wanted …THEN I had to wait almost about for my meal …THEN I was charged for the other diner’s meal !
Andrea ( Hope I got her name correct ) comped my wine and also set a better tone for me …she is an exceptional worker …

I would only return if I get a room not on the airport side of the hotel
Pros:

Big room and clean although sparsely furnished

Cons:

My room was on the airport side and despite being on the top floor, I could hear a lot of noises coming from the window area. The double glazing was not sufficient to cancel out the noise of flights taking off at 3am and so I wasn't able to get back to sleep after that

Convenient airport stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable rooms. The receptionist at check in was able to answer my many questions about the airport. We could have walked to the terminal, but the shuttle van was ready to go when we left so we used that. Very convenient and quick.

Cons:

We didn't have any complaints.

Great hotel. A bit pricey for one night but close to airport that makes it worthy it. Good breakfast as well.
Pros:

Close to airport. Easy check in. Rooms had everything.

Cons:

Shuttle service in the early morning 1am was hard to find. Property should ask if guest is arriving late so shuttle service can be available.

Pros:

The transport to the airport, which we would have used to get to the hotel with luggage if we had known where to stand for the shuttle. However it was a short walk for able bodyied. For future ref, there us a small clyton Hotel sign for there shuttle bus, just out side the front doors of Terminal 2. It's on your right mounted on a pole, you do have to look for it. But when you know where it is you will never forget! Enjoy the Hotel as it is worth the money, good clean inside and out.

Cons:

I asked my other half as I could not think of any thing, nor can my other half we think it is very good. I am sure someone will have a bad day when they are staying there, but it was not a bad day for us, hopefully for you also.

Very convenient, would book again.
Pros:

The proximity to the airport Terminal 2 was very convenient. We walked to the hotel with our wheelie suitcases. The free shuttle bus back to the terminal the next morning was great. The driver, Steve, made our ride a lot of fun with his up beat sense if humour. He loaded everybody's luggage. Nothing was a problem. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and a meal at the restaurant. It had everything we needed.

Cons:

A laundry sack and trays of food were left in the corridor outside the room next to ours for 12 hours which seemed excessive. There were laundry sacks outside other rooms too.

Everything was amazing compared to Maldron Hotel, where I stayed just a week before Clayton Dublin Airport Central, so yes, it was better than Maldron Hotel. Breakfast was amazing. I am looking forward to another trip and staying at Clayton

Not that nice.
Pros:

It’s distance to the airport which is great for early flights out.

Cons:

The room smelled like sewage. We told the reception the next day on our way out. They told us they will change the room, by the evening when we got back still nothing was done. The night shift receptionist told us there is no note on our room. She will look into it and let us know.
