No signals nor no shuttle and allocated room had someone in it!!!!!
Pros:

Arrived at 5 past midnight into Dublin. Looked for the promised shuttle, could not find.
We and a group of others decided to walk. Earlier I had an email stating my room was ready. Checked in and went to the allocated room and there was someone there!!! Apologies to the occupant of 405. Returned to reception and allocated a different room.

A new, comfortable and conveniently located hotel, with a front desk staff that needs to improve customer service.
Pros:

A new hotel with comfortable rooms. Conveniently located at Dublin Airport. The restaurant food was a pleasant surprise; it was very good.

Cons:

The girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly during check-in. She had no interest in providing good service or helping. She told us we didn't have a reservation because she refused to hear me spell my last name. They shouldn't hire people like that to deal with the public.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was voldoende, echter toen we ons gingen aanmelden, zei degene bij het ontbijt dat we maar voor 2 hadden gerserveerd, echter hadden we dat netjes de vorige dag gerserveerd en betaald voor 5 personen. Dus het was niet doorgegeven

Cons:

We hadden een 2 persoons delux geboekt, voir die personen. Echter het derde bed was niet opgemaakt. Moest bij de receptie gaan vragen om dit als nog te doen. Wc beneden als ook de douche vloer hadden schimmelraden (zwart). We hadden voor 2 nachten geboekt, maar de 2de dag na terug komst bij het hotel deed de hotelkamer kaart het niet meer voor beide kamers. Konden we naar beneden om hem te activeren.
