The service and food was outstanding. The team were very accommodating, RazvanG took care off all my needs and was very attentive. I very much enjoyed myself.
Close proximity to airport
This hotel genuinely had the worst pillows I've ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Worse than any 15 bedroom hostel or grimy motel. I don't normally writer reviews but it was genuinely so bad and uncomfortable that I find it to be my responsibility to warn others unless you enjoy sleeping on a literal brick (both in size and in hardness).
Also, besides the restaurant there are no vending machines or any means to get other food. The closest option is a Circle K that you have to cross a busy street to get to or walk an extra 15 mins for the crosswalk.
There are plenty of other options near the Dublin Airport; I would recommend anything but here.

The hotel was nice and mostly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was great. The breakfast was very tasty and rich.
The fact that we had to check out at 11. The breakfast was very expensive and I didn't appreciate that we had to pay for the parking.
Location to airport.
The atmosphere was a bit cold compared to the other airport Clayton.
Shuttle bus is small and could not find for the hotel (but we walked which is only 6mins).
Noisy, we could hear everyone who passed by our bedroom door.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous.
The staff were not communicative or friendly. We had no assistance with luggage and were charged for parking when that was not described in the booking.
Very clean and upscale
Horrible and I mean awful pillows. It felt like trying to sleep on a bag of concrete. Called and asked for different pillows but they didn’t have any. The beds were too firm as well.
