Customer service when we arrived
The room smells like high humidity and no ventilation and the towels by the hand sink were filled with hair
Our room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable bed. Close to all amenities.I would stay there again!

Location and complimentary ride there and back.
Sheets were comfortable, rough and dingy. Sink would take too long to drain. Hairs found in the bathroom. Walls and trim needed to be wiped down and touched up with a fresh coat of paint. Air-conditioning needs to be renovated and modernized. Water was dripping from upstairs unit. Door had an half inch gap under it and at night you could see it. Continental Breakfast was nice, choices and room could have been better.
I would like to give the hotel a 10 rating. everything was great.

The location
The car garage damaged my windshield and sunroof. Something was leaking from the pipes in the car garage and completely damaged my vehicle. I thought it was water leaking. However, I tried to clean it and I took it to the car wash and whatever is coming out of those pipes are damaging. The hotel is old and it needs complete restoration. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower was damaged and the water filled up while trying to take a shower. The ONLY thing pleasant was the location and staff.
