Didn't have breakfast...had to check out at 5:30 AM to catch a flight. Wish there would have been a bag breakfast to take under the circumstances. I asked about that at checkin and was told there was nothing like that available.

Amenities were good but half of them didn’t work properly. Would have been a 10/10 if things worked right.
Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and professional. Amenities seemed up to date. Hotel itself was modern and clean. Parking was good and the hotel is located very close by other restaurants and stores.
The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The bathroom had a large quantity of some pink residue in the bath tub. Easy to rinse down and it looked like someone forgot to.

We had to change our room because the TV did not work. My husband was told by the clerk to shake the cords, you got to be kidding me, if you know there is a problem with the cords, then fix them

Only had one time opportunity to use the pool and the hot tub was unavailable.
For 48 hours, the hotel was unable to prepare room keys for guests. That meant every time you needed to get into your room, the desk clerk had to accompany you to your door and let you into your room with a passkey. When the hotel got busy, this meant it took forever to get into your room. A real mess. Also, the TV system only showed about half the available channels, which severely limited entertainment options. Someone needs to kick the manager in the butt and get these problems addressed quickly!
