Pros:

Location is great - easy walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica cistern and Topkapi palace. Slightly further but still within walking distance is the Grand Bazaar.
Breakfast room has lovely views of the Blue Mosque and Bosporus Strait.
Rooms are clean and staff are nice.

Cons:

Just little picky things like no fresh juices or cold water at breakfast or little fidge in room not working. I saying this I also didn't mention them to the staff as I did not needed these things changed.

Pros:

窓からブルーモスクが見える部屋に泊まったので、朝も夜もブルーモスクを見ることが出来て最高の見晴らしだった。
帰りの空港タクシーが通行止めか何かでホテル前まで来れなかった時に、とても協力的で親切にしてくれて助かりました。

Cons:

・ジャグジーが付いているのを楽しみにしていたが、壊れていて使えなかった、、、。
・朝食会場が狭く相席になるくらい。内容もイマイチだった。見晴らしは良い。
・チェックイン時、フライトで疲れてホテルに到着したが、受付の中年男性の話しが長くなかなか部屋に案内してくれなくて困った。重要なインフォメーションかのように切り出されたが、よく聞いたらツアーガイドの宣伝だった（！）
・チェックアウト時の担当の方は迅速な対応で素晴らしかった！

Pros:

La localisation, le confort, la décoration, la sympathie des serveurs, le ménage était bien fait
Hôtel proche de la mosquée bleue et de sainte Sophie, du tramway. Très bien placé

Buen situado, pero un desastre.
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

No funcionaba la TV, el mando estaba lleno de celofán, tampoco funcionaba la nevera y la caja fuerte se atascaba,estaba todo muy viejo y sucio.

Nem lehet alkoholt inni, de ez legyen a legkevesebb... parkolója nincs, de szinte mögötte van egy magánparkoló, szóval közel megoldhato... az étterme korán zár

Ich bin schon lange Gast in diesem Hotel. Sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage ist super. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Cons:

Da der Besitzer gewechselt hat, wird leider kein Alkohol mehr ausgeschenkt. Leider muss man dann sein Bierchen woanders trinken.

Great stay - always so magical being in Istanbul.

Very close to blue mosque great location.
Cleaning staff were so lovely as well as the breakfast chef.

Cons:

We booked a triple room with “CITY VIEW” when you think of city view you assume you will see the city. However, all we could see was a dilapidated building. When I bought this up with the manager they were unwilling to do anything about this. On the last day one manager said they could upgrade the room for £25. This is very misleading so if you do decide to book a city view room be aware that you will only be looking at the walls of a broken building.
