Will never recommend to anyone. The Drury in Paducah was much better.
Pros:

Cons:

I am handicap and have a service dog. They put me on the 6th floor on the opposite side of the hotel from the elevator. Not nearly enough handicap parking places. I had to park in the garage one night and had a terrible time walking out.

Pros:

The property was very clean, convenient and just overall perfect. Best hotel I’ve stayed with in awhile with the best staff!! Truly appreciate the hospitality and experience

Wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel.
Pros:

The kickback was very good. The facilities were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We really liked the local-themed artwork. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breakfast is wonderful.

Cons:

Everything was really wonderful. There was not anything bad about our stay. Thanks so much.

Quick overnight with great breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Probably the best included breakfast of any hotel. Missed the happy hour due to all game. Got back too late for the pool. The staff was excellent! Very true and helpful

Pros:

Had a 2 night stay to visit long time friends. Coming back to the hotel on the 2nd evening after a full day we opened the door to our room and found a small but persistent water leak from the roof in the bathroom, half of a ceiling tile drenched and sitting on the bathroom floor and a (fortunately) small puddle of water by the entrance to the room. The management sent a maintenance person within 2 minutes to the room and asked us to come to the front desk for new room keys. The maintenance person arranged for a bell man's cart brought to the old room so we could move our belongings to the new room. The new room turned out to be a suite which was certainly not necessary for just my wife and I for our last night but indicative of the care and concern of the management and graciously noted. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this particular hotel due to it's close proximity to our friends, it's service, cleanliness, friendliness and free secure parking. We visit our friends regularly and will use the Drury Plaza Creve Coeur again!

Pros:

Everything we stay there every time we come to st louis in the same hotel

Cons:

The parking in the back have a opend drainage next to parking. Wirh slanted parking We park in the same area each time we come. The open area is big enough for a child or pet dog to roll through, this has always been our concern.At this hotel.THE BUTCHERS
