Best hotel I’ve stayed at in quite a while and a great value.
Pros:

What a great hotel. Room was large and immaculate, bed comfortable, and great linens.
Staff delightful. The Shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver was so nice. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely it will be our Hotel-of-Choice in the area.

Cons:

Every part of the hotel was well maintained and the staff were super friendly.

Clean and room had extra space. Bathroom had what you needed to shower, breakfast was good, staff was nice and very helpful. We used the shuttle to the airport. The driver was nice.

Pros:

Jada was amazing. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She helped us resolve two problems and was very pleasant. We’ve been to many hotels recently, and Jada (by far) has been the most professional and accommodating. She should train other hotel staff on customer service.

Pros:

The location is perfect for an early morning flight out of BWI. The hotel is definitely older, but seems to be well kept. We had a premium king room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was fine for the night beore our flight. The lady that checked us in was quick and efficient.
