Pros:

Jada was amazing. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She helped us resolve two problems and was very pleasant. We’ve been to many hotels recently, and Jada (by far) has been the most professional and accommodating. She should train other hotel staff on customer service.

Worked for us.
Pros:

The location is perfect for an early morning flight out of BWI. The hotel is definitely older, but seems to be well kept. We had a premium king room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was fine for the night beore our flight. The lady that checked us in was quick and efficient.

Served it’s purpose
Pros:

Room was very clean & comfortable. However, I booked a king room through Trip Advisor, & when I got there was given a double Queen room, being told there weren’t any available. When I booked, I thought breakfast was complimentary, but was told that was not the case because “I booked through a travel company. I may have missed that in the fine print.
