Super convenient, accommodating, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very convenient and great customer service, shuttle collected us at car rental return and we had shuttle to airport, that all went very smoothly. Reception was helpful and accommodating. Room very comfortable!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The staff was amazing. We had a great meal at the restaurant. Peaceful night for the last night of our trek.

It was close to the airport without too much noise. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

It needed a few repairs. One elevator was not working. No ice machine on our floor.

Location and overall great experience
Pros:

Location is close to airport and rental car return. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Restaurant food is great. Breakfast is simple but very well thought out offers some sugar free options and high protein yogurt with no sugar added. Pastry and cereal. Comfortable bed and pillows. No airplane noise at all.

Great BWI option for overnight
Pros:

This was a fine place to stay before a next-morning flight. Great front desk staff and shuttle. Everything was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. We slept well and had our own pillows. We didn't use the TV so I can't speak to that.

Cons:

Weirdly, it said breakfast was included, which it was not. My husband paid $10, I think, but said it was good. I never go down for breakfast anyway. The fridge was noisy, so we unplugged it (but plugged it back in the next morning).
