Chambre spacieuse, lits très confortables

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation sonore, on entend beaucoup les avions.
Le plus gros problème de notre court séjour est que l'hôtel a refusé de nous fournir une facture lors du paiement de la nuitée sous prétexte que nous avions réservé par Booking.com. Malgré une demande sur place et de nombreuses sollicitations de la part du service client Booking, zéro reaction alors que nous avions absolument besoin de cette facture (et que l'hôtel était dans l'obligation légale de nous la fournir).

Nice room, friendly staff, but too much happening in dining/lobby area. Felt chaotic.

Cons:

The lobby adjoining the “restaurant “ was noisy and crowded all the time. The food was ok but I expected a real separate restaurant. We missed the shuttle because no one announced it was there. We were told to sit and wait and then suddenly it was gone.

Great choice after flight into Baltimore
Pros:

This hotel stay was perfect, the airport shuttle accommodated my dog and huge crate and the driver was so helpful, the place is really nice and clean, everyone is super nice and breakfast was really good. The room was great and the beds and pillows were really comfortable.
