This hotel was selected as part of a group tour. It is located near a bus line and near two very good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Rooms were very clean and well appointed as well as quiet for sleeping. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of both “American” and Greek choices. I had drinks in the hotel bar that were both delicious as well as generous. Staff were lovely.

La calidez del personal, en recepción, fueron muy amables y atentos. Los camareros del bar de la pileta Poseidón un amor, de igual modo el mozo del turno noche del restaurante. El barrio es muy cómodo y bonito. El hotel es hermoso, no le hacen justicia las fotos subidas a booking.
La verdad una pavada. Omitieron reponer el café/té y los vasos para beber. Dejaron en la habitación dos botellitas de agua sólo los dos primeros días.

чистота идеальная, уборщица делала свою работу прекрасно.
я ездила несколько раз в вульягмени, забирала 3 полотенца из номера и все равно, возвращалась и имела 4 полттенца.
уборщица оставляла номер проветриваться,было приятно возвратиться.
матрац нормальный, подушки пусть поменяют на более комфортные.
кондеционер работал хорошо.
при вьезде в номер две бутылки минеральной воды, очень приятно.
внизу в гостинице хороший ресторан, иногда лучше поесть в нем, чем горелые сувлаки на улице. прекрасный слат, вторые блюда.
персонал отеля работает мгновенно, приятные молодые люди

ארוחת הבוקר אמנם לא מגוונת אבל איכותית וטעימה ומילאו כל דבר שחסר(אבל רק לאחר בקשה ספציפית…)
העובדים עושים טובה שהם עובדים, סגנון מאוד לא שירותי בקבלה ל3 מתוך 4 שפגשנו, לדוגמה שאלתי איזו אפליקציה מומלצת לשימוש באתונה להזמנת מוניות וענו לי בזלזול כאילו זו שאלה מטומטמת פשוט תזמין אובר, שאגב זו לא אופציה טובה שם בכלל, שהחזרנו את הכרטיסים לא שאלו אותנו כלום אז הנחנו שהכל בסדר עם הצ׳ק אאוט וביקשנו להשאיר מזוודות והבחורה פשוט ענתה, אני אפילו לא יודעת מי אתם בכלל, לא שאלת או בכלל התייחסת להגעתנו לקבלה אז איך תדעי…., הבחור בבריכה משחק אותה נחמד אבל ברור לגמרי שזה הצגה מוגזמת שממש מראה את הציניות שבזה, בתמונות גם רואים את הבריכה בערב יפה ומוארת ומפתים את התייר לבוא אבל בכלל אסור לעלות לשם אחרי בערך 18:00 וגם אין דף שמקבלים בהתחלה עם הסברים על שעות הפעילות של כל דבר רק אמרו בעל פה על ארוחת הבוקר. בקיצור מזל שבאתונה לא באים בשביל המלון וזה רק מקום לשים את הראש ולאכול בבוקר.
Beautiful clean hotel with fabulous staff and food. Excellent buffet breakfast every morning and staff were always so helpful. Uber to Acropolis and surrounding squares generally €9 so great location and amazing view of Mount Lycabettus from the roof top pool - felt as if you were literally beside it!
Water/tea and coffee were not replenished by room service which was most unusual for a 4 star hotel.
The staff were very helpful and courteous at the property. Unfortunately with many issues with the place itself, they just nodded their heads and said “yes we know”.
The gym/fitness suite is non existent. Just a room that’s not out of bounds and has ‘work in progress’ written upon the door. Was a reason I booked the place. On looking inside the room it’s just a cross trainer and a few bits of broken equipment.
It’s reasonably clean around the place but it’s very dated. All the carpets have stains on them and the place overall really isn’t close to the star rating it’s given on this app. The pool doesn’t open until 11am which is frustrating as it was another reason I’d booked this hotel. So you couldn’t sunbathe or really enjoy the sun until after 11am. The pool itself is a little grimey. Very much older and dated. Not like the pictures.
The buffet did not include any fresh fruit cut up. Mostly tinned fruit was on offer and the selection really wasn’t that great. Coffee too was not very good. The juices also were dreadful. I only went once as I just decided not to eat there after trying the breakfast.
Each morning I was awoken by voices I believed were workers. Very loud and walls are very thin. The curtains do not black out the light into the bedrooms.
On arrival to my room I did not have any coffee, water, tea and this arrived later on.
My complaints were always met with “we know” from staff . The area local to the hotel was a little rough.
