The check in was smooth. The staff is friendly and very welcoming , I was assisted by Alice and the welcome drinks were nice because there was a non- alcoholic option. There’s no noice and the reception area is clean. The atmosphere is amazing as well as the hotel location.

It was the best experience. After arrival at the NH hotel in Johannesburg Sandton we were wellcomed very well with soft drink. After checking inn we were helped by a staff to our beautiful room. The hotel is a walking distance to a big mall in Johannesburg The Nelson Mandela Square. There is a vailable shuttle to and from the mall. The driver is excellent

Very nice place to stay in the city. Safe to walk around during the day to shops, restaurants etc. comfortable, with all amenities, sauna, pool and gym.
Room service food was good, although they could improve on their coffee knowledge. But that wasn’t a big deal.
The restaurant and bar was also very nice, great food and good vibes.

Also a free shuttle service to take you shops.

Nice spacious quiet room and comfortable bed. Lunch in downstairs bar took a long time to arrive - disappointing. Dinner in main restaurant was very nice and service was good

Does the restaurant add “good personality” as a requirement for the kitchen staff? I met the waiters and chefs and they instantly made me feel welcome and at home. Everyone is just so friendly and they seem happy to have you there. Special thanks to Solomon & sphamandla (best waiters EVER). Androni , I think that’s her name , who was serving oysters and Precious , the lady who chucked the oysters and salted them. It was really nice talking to them and they were incredibly friendly. Another lady, I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she prepared the desert, offered me some and later came to ask for a review and to hear if I liked it. The customer service is just amazing. And also brunhildah who helped me find a seat where I would feel most comfortable and also borrowed me her charger when my phone went off and I needed to call my ride. I Went for the seafood buffet and man was it good. There are sooo many options to choose from. They had EVERYTHING!!!!! I really loved how quiet it was. The restaurant is soo clean and the sitting area is very beautiful. This is the type of restaurant you’d frequent just because of how kind and helpful the staff is. I would definitely go there again.

Good food, good service. Our server, Walter, was very alert and responsive. Came to our needs whenever we needed assistance, great vibe, great service, great food.
