Lovely place, great decor. Could do abit better on customer service..
Pros:

The room was really clean and modern, also great location for exploring city

Cons:

I asked for 4 more pillows (as there were 4 of us and all wanted an extra one) but was told it was only possible to get 2 more!!
The sofa bed was also super uncomfortable

´Ανετη και ευχάριστη.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετικά κεντρική. Τα στούντιο ευρύχωρα. Το ένα ήταν για άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ λειτουργικό.Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριατημένοι.

אוהבים את הרשת ומאחר והמקום שאנו הולכים אליו בשיפוץ בחרנו במלון זה

הזמנו 2 חדרים
כשהגענו ציינה עובדת הקבלה שיש תקלה קטנה במזגן אחד החדרים ,מה שלא היה נכון המזגן לא עבד עד אשר עורבה ההנהלה פעמיים עברנו חדר.

The central location, the great polite staff. Melody was excellent 👌

Cons:

The bed and pillows were too hard for me. There should be good quality mattresses and choices of pillows. This disturbed my sleep

Great place to stay in London
Pros:

Location: Incredibly convenient. Walking distance to Holborn station and Covent Garden.
Room: One bedroom Apartment. Comfortable for 3 adults but not much space for luggage. Had to move a few pieces of furniture around to accommodate our luggage. Very good AC in our room. Bathroom is tiny!
Value: On the high side
Cleanliness: OK condition when we checked in. We brought our own bedroom slippers. No cleaning services provided during our 4 nights stay

A nice transit hotel in a good area.
Pros:

The apartments are in a really convenient area, with public transport close by, shops and restaurants right outside and short walk to the theatres and markets. Having a small kitchen was very helpful.

Cons:

The 1 bedroom apartment is quite tight for 4 people with little storage space for suitcases and clothes.
