Ok for a short work trip
Pros:

Location and room was quite spacious.

Cons:

My 1st floor window was facing an alley with trash bins where almost every night and morning someone was throwing stuff in them or picking the garbage up making an insane amount of noise. There was also construction in the same alley and sewage cleaning. Besides that the shower drain was clogged, every time I showered the bathroom turned into a pool. And the bottle of water in the room was empty when I arrived to the room for the first time, forcing me to go back to the reception to fill it up.

Zimmer gegen den Innenhof sehr ruhig mit Sicht auf ein Bürogebäude..

Cons:

Ich hatte Dusche in der Badewanne. Nicht geeignet für Personen die schlecht zu Fuss sind. Meine Kollegin hatte aber die gleiche Kategorie der Zimmer und eine begehbare Dusche, das wäre besser gewesen für mich.

Pros:

The room was very quiet Beds were comfortable
A lot of sitting areas in both the lobby and eating area. Very good location with nearby supermarkets and cafes/ restaurants Easy 15 minutes walk to Oxford circus / Covent Garden
Extremely nice staff !

Pros:

We received a very warm welcome, our requests were taken into account, and we had an incredible stay! Everything was very clean, and the amenities provided were all functional and practical. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

New structure with gentle staff and great positioning
Pros:

The staff made the different. The hotel is renovated and the rooms is nice and big. The position in the city is top, and the common area is big enough to work out of your room. The complimentary coffee gives a great welcome for the guests. The luggage deposit while waiting for the room to be ready (3pm) is super helpful for guests who want to come back after a working day.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is not good enough value for money (16£). The selection seems to be wide but is actually very limited. The hot savoury selection was dry and poor, the soft boiled eggs very cold and next to the sweet croissant, the selection of yogurt and milk was very limited. It needs a big improvement to be up to the standard of the hotel.

Cons:

Odayı karınca bastı ve buzdolabı bozuldugu için zorlandık. Temizlik ancak 6 günden sonra yapılıyormus. Biz az kaldıgımız izin zorlanmadık ama uzun kalacaklara sıkıntı olabilir

COMFORT PLACE CLOSER TO COVENT GARDEN

Comodo per visitare il centro, pieno di ristoranti e supermercati intorno all'albergo.

Cons:

2 piccoli dettagli, la porta della doccia che sbatteva contro l'erogatore perchè non era indicata la direzione di apertura e chiusura ed il tappeto in camera da letto che non permetteva la chiusura della porta se non alzandolo e riabbassandolo manualmente. Questi appunti sono solo un consiglio per evitare danni alla locazione.
