Pros:

Malgré une confusion entre deux hôtels Panorama, nous avons mieux apprécié le Harbour Panorama.

Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten und wir nur zum Hamburg Marathon da waren, war es in Ordnung. Beim nächsten Mal buc

Für uns wurden die Betten zusammengeschoben; sehr nett! Schöne Aussicht, das Zimmer, die Dusche/Bad war vollkommen okay. Alles sauber gehalten. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das kleine Speisenlokal am Abend war richtig schön urig. Alles toll.

Cons:

Das wir einfach, ohne uns über die Kosten aufzuklären einen Tiefgaragen Parkplatz bekommen haben. Das Auto musste nicht für 16 € im Trockenen stehen.
Das wir für das Frühstück pro Person 5€ Aufschlag zahlen mussten, weil wir das nicht bei der Buchung mit angegeben haben.

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Mir fehlte so ein wenig Unterlagen vom Hotel, so eine Mappe wo die wichtigsten Eck- Daten drin sind. Zum Beispiel die Zeiten vom Frühstück, bzw. Küchenzeiten von Restaurant, wo ist die nächste Station von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, W-Lan.... so etwas halt.
Ein Wasserkocher wäre auch nett gewesen.
