Overall it was okay
Pros:

The pool area was nice and the selection of the snacks. The front desk person tried to rectify the bad situation for us and I appreciate that.

Cons:

It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the front desk person was up stairs taking care of something. When we got to the room it looked like someone had been laying in the bed because there was black material under the covers and hair. There was a heavy smell of raid spray. There was a lot of ants in the room. Mostly the bathroom

For all the money I spent on a room here I wouldn’t do it again!

Great stay

We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

We had a one night stay at the Hyatt Place hotel and were very pleased with the experience. The room was large and clean. It provided a small bar area as well as a sitting area with a desk. The bedroom was separated by a partial wall. The breakfast was similar to other hotel chains. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great value for the price. It was easy to find and near the major expressways which was another plus for us.

Airport overnight
Pros:

Clean and close to airport. Typical hotel breakfast. Facility in need of remodel but clean Airport shuttle additional $5 per person. Run on half hour.
