In the future I will request a room that is not next to the main lobby. I found the noise from people checking in and out and the staff doing laundry in the morning a little annoying, but overall my experience was pretty good.

No elevators
Pros:

It was close to the reason I was in town

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom was like taking a shower in the rain. The kitchen was infested with ants.
The price for using washer/dryer was outrageously expensive.
The policy about getting utensils/ coffee maker, etc for the kitchen was not explained during checkout so it was a shock when I found the kitchen completely empty.
Also there is no overnight staff which made me feel less secure.
