Pros:

Reasonably clean

Cons:

Dated, worn furnishings and fittings. Lots of things broken in room (towel shelf, floor tiles in bathroom). Very high price for such a poor looking room.

Budget friendly
Pros:

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Ample parking. Friendly staff. The price is right.

Cons:

There was a noise that I never did identify.. ventilation or maybe mini fridge idk. It was loud and disturbed the peace. The bacon at breakfast was too salty.
