Thieves running a scummy facility
Pros:

Price was great for an emergency night.

Cons:

Human hair hanging from shower curtain. Check in took too long. Extra note: These people are crooks. They stole $102.00 USD security deposit, and ignored request to refund.

I traveled in from out of state and arrived one something in the morning. Even though my room was PAID for in advance, I didn't have a room available since I didn't "check in". Assistance to matter was unprofessional. I couldn't enter the property because the doors were locked. I called the number posted on the "outside door" and clerk / night time staff didn't come to assist me in person but talked to me only through the phone through the door smh 😑🤦 so technically I PAID for a room in advance someone else enjoyed the room intended for me. Mind you, there were people that wasnt the same color as me, whom was able to enter the property right after me with no issue. The person who was "appearing" to help on the phone sounded like they were whispering or afraid to speak, trying to gather clarification the sound/ voice was faded in and out - no empathy , no solution oriented recourse nothing 😉 so I was just stranded in a city / State , unfamiliar to environment in the RAIN. A disgusting experience

The room was not cleaned, they left the vacuum in the room and there was a pool of water dragged in the room. And, I don’t want to get started on the smell of the place!!!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

When we came at the property after a loping drive with 2 kids the lobby main door was locked with a note come next morning at 10:00 am and after ringing the bell for a pretty long time no one showed up. So we had to get another hotel next door for the night. At 10:00 am when we came they said they were overbooked and since now they are under a new mgt they can not accommodate our stay there is no rooms.. advised to contact booking.com for a refund.

In the end of the day we spent more money on a hotel when we planned in advanced but it is ok since just entering the lobby I could say this place is really bad.
