Delightful Experience with Premium Touches
Pros:

Studio 6 Extended Stay Buffalo Amherst NY created a perfect getaway with its infinity pool and cabana service. The turndown chocolates, newspaper delivery, and nightly entertainment were wonderful. Appreciated the secure keycard access system used.

Cons:

I was charged for a cancellation fee when I wasn’t even able to get in my room for my stay as I reserved it but when we got there the lady at the front desk said there’s no more rooms available. I want a refund this is absolutely unacceptable.

The room was large, clean and there was a full kitchen in the room.

Cons:

I arrived pretty late at night after the front counter closed so the cleaning staff had to call her boss to ask permission to let me into the hotel. There’s no indication online that I needed to be there by a certain time.
