Reserved 2 Queen beds when we entered room we assumed it was a king/sofa bed we were hungry and it’s late we went out to grab food came back at 2 AM when we went to go to bed we realized the sofa bed was not a sofa bed. We had to be up by six so we dealt with it. My brother had to sleep on the couch, making a back injury quite worse than the next.

A comfortable, good-value airport hotel with a shuttle
Pros:

Great value for money for an overnight airport stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable and well maintained, with an excellent bed. Breakfast was basic but had a good selection, and I particularly appreciated that plant-based milk was available.

Cons:

The airport shuttle is convenient, but you need to call the hotel from the terminal to request pickup. For international travelers without a U.S. phone plan, this can be difficult, as there doesn't seem to be an alternative way to contact the hotel from the terminal. I had to borrow someone's phone to make the call.

Would hsve been an excellent stay if it weren’t for the staff,

Clean property and very comfortable bed. Very nice property overall.

Cons:

After arrived and went to my room there were two lights above the window that were on. I searched and tried finding the switch to turn them off. When I couldn’t find a switch I called the front desk. After explaining about the staff at the desk didn’t have a solution. I was told to try the Lamps which didn’t work. She didn’t even ask to come up to that room to find the solution. Her attitude was like, “Oh well.”I didn’t want to ask for call back seeing I was only there one night. So slept with the light on, and had a terrible night of sleep. Felt she didn’t want to be bothered. Next morning I’m checking out at 5am, and no one was at the desk. Waited maybe 5 minutes then I called out saying hello, but no response. After walking around I found the guy working the front desk. Staff should details for every room.

Very clean, updated place to stay with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with enough options. I like that we got in late and there was a pizza shop still open within walking distance.
