My stay was perfect for what I needed.
Pros:

The location was great. The light rail station was not far and very accessible after a night out. The staff were very professional and pleasant. Jenneil and Ms Rosilee were wonderful. The entire staff that I encountered were very polite and helpful. The breakfast stations were always filled and clean. We enjoyed the free snacks from 5:30-7pm.

I can't tell you, but the breakfast employees and management are very friendly and polite. The breakfast is very healthy and delicious. The room is clean. This hotel, expectations EXCEED. Tumps UP

Location and breakfast

Cons:

No microwave, not refrigerator and toilet wasn’t clean properly. Looks like it was clean before but no one used that room for a long time. Musty smell.

Pros:

The customer service was excellent and the amenities was great. Dinner was great as well. We were not expecting to have drink and food voucher's. Over all everything was excellent and I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The room that we stayed in smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet somewhere near the corner of the room.

Pros:

Location and amenities were a nice touch but the line for the 5:30 kickback was ridiculously long so we didn’t use it. We went to a the restaurant next door instead as we had somewhere to be at 8.. free isn’t worth being late

Cons:

The lines for the amenities, even breakfast and the fact the room did not have a single trash bag in any of the trash cans, the Kleenex at the sink had 2 tissues then it was out, the ac cut completely off - twice, once in the middle of the night so woke up sweating.

Wonderful! We’ve been to Charlotte many times and this was the best place we’ve stayed, even though it was removed from
Pros:

It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do in Charlotte. The staff were super friendly! The amenities were also top tier - the breakfast was delicious in particular. And although they were busy due to multiple events occurring in Charlotte that weekend, the building is built well - we were on the first floor, but didn’t hear a thing.

Cons:

The pool needed a little more cleaning, but it wasn’t overall clean.
