Splendid experience my family and I loved every minute of it.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with many options. I received complimentary cake and warm wishes my birthday. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Every one was kind. It was a beautiful experience.

Cons:

Passage way carpet on floor 19 could do with cleaning. We sometimes could smell smoke across passage way

Concierge staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfriendly check in staff. Check in took a long time to complete. It’s hard with young kids late at night.

The room bed configuration was not as advertised. The bathroom was poky and and mouldy.

Excelentes anfitriones. Muy amables, solución a todo! Muy recomendable
Pros:

Personal súper amable, habitaciones amplias. Al llegar (antes de la hora del check in) nos dejaron usar la pileta. Tienen un baño con toallones en el piso 11 donde está la pileta ideal para una ducha antes de ir al aeropuerto. Jugaba Argentina y llamaron a distintos lugares para ver dónde podíamos ver el partido. Excelente todo!!!! Nos prestaron paraguas cuando hubo lluvia. Muy muy amables!

No había acondicionador en el baño. Solo eso.

Cons:

Fridge doesn’t get cold, no access to microwave or ice machine. This is a must during summer when weather is so hot. Complimentary water for each night would be nice. Most other hotels offered this elsewhere.

Un super hôtel
Pros:

Personnel, propreté , emplacement , petit déjeuner etc…. Nous avons tout aimé !!!
