Pros:

The location is within a couple of blocks from Chinatown, so lots to see and fine streetfood.

Cons:

A few things could be improved:
1. please provide decaffeinated coffee as well.
2. there were no face cloths for showering.
3. A small carton of fresh milk for coffee/tea should be in the fridge. Powdered milk is terrible.

Overall, it was a positive experience, and staying overnight would be enough to appreciate it.
Pros:

The check-in and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I was permitted an early check-in and a late check-out for my room on the 28th floor (club level). The room, which had a queen bed, was just the right size. The buffet food on the first level was decent, especially since there was bacon, and it wasn't busy, likely because I arrived at 7 AM on a Tuesday. The club lounge on the 28th floor was quite pleasant, with very helpful staff. Guests can enter it from 10 AM, where they can enjoy complimentary snacks like cookies, chips, and mixed nuts, along with coffee, tea, soft drinks, or juices. During the 2-4 PM club lounge hours, a-la-carte food is already available, and guests can request more if they are still hungry. They also surprised me with a birthday cake, which I really appreciated. From 8-10 PM, they offer canapés and unlimited liquor. The swimming pool is situated on the 11th floor, without any shade, but it is still manageable, and luckily, it did not rain.=

浴缸沒洗乾淨,有黑垢
裝水杯蓋子黴菌沒洗
花更高的錢訂club,沒想到酒廊餐點超爛,沒啥肉都是些不健康的東西,又甜
枕頭太高,應該用較低的才符合人體工學

とてもよかったです。次回もここに宿泊したいと思います。

ロケーションがとても良い割には、価格帯が少し安いと思います。地下鉄駅から近いのはとても便利でした。ビジネス街にあるホテルなので家族利用できるレストラン・ショップは少ないように思いますが、逆に静かで落ち着いているエリアなので、シンガポールの違った一面を見れたように思います。ホテルの向かい側にはバス停もあり、とても便利でした。

Cons:

プールが子供向けではないので使いにくかったです。ランドリーサービスの値段がちょっと高いです。

美しい風景とハートフルなおもてなしに癒された。
Pros:

クラブフロアを予約。かなり早く到着してしまったが部屋を使えるようにしてくれてとても助かった。
部屋からのビューも港が見えて好ましいものだった。
ティーなどをサービスしてくれる時間に外出していたところ、部屋にお菓子などを置いてくれて心配りも嬉しかった。
(食事写真はカクテルタイムのおつまみ類)

Cons:

地図では最寄り駅から近いように見えたが直ぐには辿り着けなかった。
入り口にスロープなどが見当たらず、バリアフリーには一考必要か？
