The second floor buffet only does Malaysian food at lunchtime buffet or a very ordinary Ala Carte menu . Eat across the road at the Italian Restaurant

Pros:

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für U-Bahn und Bus in alle Richtungen. Man kann auch gut zu Fuß zum Hafen laufen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut. 24h Checkout und freundliches Personal.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, MTR direkt hinter dem Haus. Staff sehr freundlich! Speziell die Portiere die uns mit allen halfen, Grab Taxi, Gepäck aufbewahren, viele wertvolle Tipps und besonderes Dankeschön an Mr. Wan der sich Zeit genommen hat einen Arzt (leider schon in der Nacht) für unsere Tochter zu finden, waren dann auf seinen Rat in der Nähe vom Hotel um eine TCM Behandlung zu bekommen gegen den schweren Husten kurz vor Abflug. Thank you so much.

Room cleaners never changed hands gloves even he clean toilet or change the towel or give coffee powder meaning he use the hand gloves once for everything

Degelijk hotel , ruimere kamers dan gemiddeld in SGP
Pros:

Gym heeft goede apparatuur.
Kamers zijn groot .
Locatie is goed.
Bed is hard maar goed

Cons:

Het was druk bij het ontbijt. Te weinig tafels voor aantal gasten. Locatie voor het Buffet restaurant lijkt ook te klein . Het was erg druk.
Hotel is verouderd en heeft wel een opfris beurt nodig. Ik vind het geen 5 sterren hotel meer.

Terrible! Will never return!
Pros:

Not much at all. Bed was comfortable but everything else was terrible.

Cons:

It has a halal restaurant so could not get a drink or non halal food. This was not stated at time of booking. Didn’t stay the second night I paid for. Left and went to another hotel which was brilliant.
