Easy access to everything because it’s in the heart of Bergen!
Pros:

It was on the city proper which is an easy access to everything!

Cons:

The shampoo and soap container in the bathroom is not hygienic. It should have been washed before refilling again.

Budget hotel with Good location and decent breakfast
Pros:

The staff was attentive. They did not forgot about our prebooking requests. They were smiling and helping us with all our questions

The room was not cleaned properly. There were hair in the shower drain

Gut, um Bergen zu erkunden.
Pros:

Super Frühstück.

Cons:

Beim check in keinerlei Infos, dass man ein Fitnessstudio und eine Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen kann. Darüber wurde man nur im Fahrstuhl mit Aushang informiert. Dumm für Treppensteiger…

Great hotel and services offering good value for the money
Pros:

One of the best hotels we stayed in.
- location: very close to the port, the fish market and the city center; quiet street with easy access everywhere; there is a grocery store 2 minutes away and many more nearby
- room: we were on the 4th floor in a large room with a very comfortable long window bench; very bright room with three windows with darkening panels; the weather was hot when why arrived and we had to pull down the coverings and start the portable fan they provided. We were surprised to find out that the wall device was not a thermostat that you can adjust but it was just showing the room temperature. We were lucky I guess with cooler temperatures outside. The room was also very quiet day and night. Instant coffee, tea and a kettle is provided
- breakfast: very tasty, divers and plenty; they have free good coffee and tea and water for free available 24h with cups to go if needed for the hot beverages
- other amenities: fully equipped kitchen, just like home, including fridge, microwave, kettle, stove and oven and mixer and blender as well as pots and pans and cutlery; laundry room with washer and dryer- I think you need to bring detergent; you can buy beer, soft drinks and a sandwich in the lobby; they have city maps at the reception; like other hotels, you can borrow an umbrella but in this hotel it’s free
- staff- polite and helpful- I would suggest to inform or post int the elevator info about the laundry room and kitchen
This will be our to go hotel when returning to Bergen

Cons:

Adjust the door to the bathroom so it doesn’t bang the frame when closing, add a small caddy for personal items in the shower
