Spotlessly clean room. Air conditioning. Lovely staff. Great location. Really good dinner and breakfast and helpful staff. And a decent hairdryer placed in front of a good mirror!
Nothing
The rooms were good and spacious, comfy beds, fresh bedding. Good facilities within the room.
The aircon in our room didn’t work which wasn’t great when it was around 30 degrees
It was clean bright and spacious.
Nothing
Everything. It was perfect for our needs. Ideal location, staff very friendly and attentive, they exceeded our expectations and more. Food was delicious, ate every night in the restaurant and had breakfast booked in with our stay too.
There wasn’t anything not to like.
Clean, tidy and just a great place to stay
Tout à était parfait ✅️✅️
The property is extremely convenient to Brackley and Silverstone. The garden is fantastic to sit out in and just relax.
We tried to a drink at 10.44 pm and the bar staff told us the bar had closed 2 minutes ago?The website states the bar is open until 11.00pm???This was are only issue.
Location cleanliness and interior comfort.
The keys and door access is always a problem. EVERY single time, the key either doesn’t work , the door mechanism to read cards require new batteries or needs resetting . I asked and booked for a ground floor room due to overseas travel luggage, a hip problem and being unable to cart the suitcases up the two flights of stairs, I put in a specific request to be on the ground floor which was ignored, on arrival I’m advised I’m on the first floor so I get help for the large suitcase, we lug everything up there then the key won’t work, it took 25 minutes to decide the keys were fine, in the end the master key got me in, and I had to sit in the room with half of my luggage unable to leave (still no key) awaiting someone coming out to reset the door lock system. When I was given access via the master I had to point out the problem wasn’t solved until I personally had a working key, I was unable to leave the room because I had no means to get back in. The doors and keys just let the whole place down, it’s every single stay I have had there. Initially I used to stay there for work purposes two stats per month for a few nights, this visit was leisure and I’m amazed that this is still going on. 4 years those door keys have been an issue and it’s such a shame.
The location was ok, the food was nice
Our room was dirty, stains on the beds, dark black hair in the room and bathroom and what looked like beard hair in the plughole, did leave a message and got told manager would call us, but never did.
Friendly staff, good food and drink
Nothing
Easy access
That there was no lift
Nice , comfortable room ,clean and spacious
Think a lift to first floor would help especially has we had heavy suit cases , but the stair were not to steep, no loo bush !
