A lovely hotel with a great restaurant and pub with friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel which was used to break our journey home from the New Forest. Very clean and had the usual hospitality tray with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. We had our evening meal at the Paisley Pear and it was lovely and the service was excellent. The pub was nice to sit in for our evening drinks too. The staff were very attentative and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing, apart from the air con wouldn't turn down below 19 degrees so we were a bit hot during the night. Bottled water would be a nice addition along with the little packets of biscuits which you always used to get on your hospitality tray.

Staff were absolutely EXCELLENT throughout, very friendly, engaging, cared. Kitchen even prepared an off menu item for us....
