Staff and cleanliness was excellent. When we needed information and assistance was provided with no issues at all. Checking in was fast and easy. Driving and walking around was safe to do. Leomar was very friendly since we arrived at the hotel and since then always greeted us with a smile and even learned our names. Definitely recommended place to stay.
Amazing staff, great service employees with great attitude and location was excellent. The rooms need updates and definitely new elevators.

The laundry service was convenient to the gym and the gentlemen there were kind enough to answer our questions and assisted us.
Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay unlike before. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel. That’s my one complaint.
This is an older hotel, but the bones are good, service is good, and location is good.
We stayed in a Premium room, so we had access to the Premium Lounge. That was key. It came with free breakfast, free snacks and happy hour all evening long. As we were there during the World Cup games, it was great to have a place to go for free drinks and food during the evening games.
The location is in the heart of the city business area (very close to a bunch of embassies/consulates). There's traffic everywhere in the city, but at least everyone knows the hotel and can get there, even if it takes a long time!
Our service was very good, maybe because any calls to the front desk from our room went straight to the premium staff. My only complaint was that there were only two elevators for the guests. We ended up using the stairs to go up to the lounge because it was faster than waiting for an elevator.
Breakfast was served in the lounge or the buffet by the lobby. Both were good, although the buffet downstairs had more food options but was more crowded. I liked the peace and quiet of the premium lounge.
All of the staff were friendly and provided professional, well-trained service. The room was also in good condition.
The only downside was that the building is quite old. During our stay, the elevator was not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. In addition, the hair dryer provided in the room was partially damaged. It still worked, but it was not very comfortable to use.
Other than those issues, we had a pleasant experience and have good memories of our stay at the hotel.

No tenían botiquín de primeros auxilios, por ejemplo mi esposa ayer en la noche tenía de cabeza nos acercamos al Love del hotel a solicitar una pastilla y nos indicaron que no tenían, por lo cual tuvimos a comprar a la farmacia que está a la vuelta
