Loud hotel with rude staff. Not worth the money
Pros:

A nice balcony. This is literally all you get.

Cons:

Very LOUD hotel! Very thin walls and door with no isolation at all! They have a gym/outdoor space right above the rooms and start airobic classes at 8 am every day with loud shouting from the instructor. If that wasn’t enough the cleaning ladies start cleaning at 7 am every day and they are not quiet they throw things around play music and sing loud. So disrespectful. And the roosters will also start signing at around 6 am daily so just forget about sleeping here.
The bathroom was not clean. Hairs on the floor. Also no utensils at all in shower.
No TV.
The bed and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable.
The pool was dirty filled with hairs from humans and animals.
Also this has never happened to me before the sheets were too dirty one day they said so they charged me $150 EXTRA AT CHECK OUT.
And lastly the staff ladies working the reception are INCREDIBLY RUDE towards guests for no reason, they talk in rude tone, without smiling and very disrespectful.

There was so much staff doing nothing. Still a lot of the grounds could use an upgrade and cleaning (e.g. “the gym”). The staff was not that helpful. Should also be noted that sport facilities come with an extra cost.

Pros:

De locatie, helemaal top, heel dichtbij het strand en allerlei leuke eetplekjes. Het eten in het hotel is eveneens echt lekker!

Cons:

De gehorigheid, heel veel last van muziek en sportlessen. Airco werkte ook niet top, we hadden de bovenste kamer dus het werd echt superwarm wat best onaangenaam was ik combi met de slechte bedden. Allemaal geen ramp, maar voor een boutique hotel verwacht ik toch meer rust.
