Friendly, accomodating and would certainly return for another stay in the future.
Pros:

The hotel looked very stylish and easy to find your way around. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

I would have liked to have stayed another night but unfortunately we had to move on to our next location.

La sunnyside suite est fabuleuse
Pros:

Très bel établissement où nous avons passé une nuit. L’hôtel est incroyable, très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous somme ravies d’être venues ici, merci encore

Pretty good despite the lights & poor breakfast choices. Dinner was excellent.
Pros:

Clean, well equipped, an annexe room which I didn’t book but it was very nice.

Cons:

The emergency green lights were on all night in both the bedroom & the bathroom.

The continental breakfast choices were limited - all the cereals were very high sugar.Limited choice in yoghurts & fruit.

We stayed just one night, everything about our stay w as good. We would stay again.

A touch of luxury at a difficult time.
Pros:

The location was good.Our room was upgraded which was lovely.I am disabled and had a tracheotomy which means I can’t eat or drink normally but I never felt awkward.The staff were very kind.

Cons:

The small sink in the bathroom.

Fantastic we’ll definitely be back
Pros:

First time staying here and it won’t be the last beautiful hotel inside and outside the rooms are very nice and outside there is a conservatory food was also excellent
