Great staff, clean comfortable and pleasant apartments for staying
We liked how cozy it was for the 2 of us , Anymore than 2 people would have been crowded but it was cute!!
Wish there were chairs on the balcony to enjoy the scenery
Convenient location for access to transport with metro store and bottle shop adjacent.
Compact but everything needed was available in the room.
Aircon needs attention, after a few minutes operating on heat it failed and switched off and wouldn’t activate again until switched off and on at plug.
Nothing at all
It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at bedding was dirty there was a crack pipe in the toaster a used vape in the cupboard the split system did not work. Safety rail on balcony was broken and loose. Just the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 42 years of travelling.
The location was convenient
The room offered a sofa bed but staff said we had to make it ourselves. Shower head was broken.

Location and close proximity to every things
The building has proximity card access on its external door, an internal lift foyer door, inside the lifts, at each floor in the internal staircase, and on the room door itself, so it's quite secure. The apartment was comfortable with separate bathroom, bedroom, and living space with a reasonably well-appointed kitchenette. There's a Woolworths Metro and BWS diagonally opposite on Elizabeth Street and I easily self-catered during my stay. Melbourne Central is only a couple of minutes' walk away for shopping and trains, plus trams run in Elizabeth Street, so public transport is close by. Wi-Fi access was reasonably fast and reliable. I would stay here again.
It usually took several attempts before the proximity card readers on the external and internal doors, and in the two lifts, would recognise my card (the room door worked first time, every time). There wasn't much space between the walls and the end of the double bed on each side, so entering and exiting the bedroom area was a bit of a squeeze.
