Broken shower, broken mirrors, no blankets, air con didn’t work
The place needs a deep clean.
On arrival l found the toilet not clean enough for me to want to use it. I ended up wiping it down myself. The shower had mould in the grout, on the tiled wall behind the vanity there were toothbrush stains. The sofa had visible stains. The microwave had not been wiped down.
The kitchen lacked all basic equipment. No pot or pan, no bread knife, no colander etc. Only a few plates, cuttlery and mugs. A bedside lamp for reading would also have been nice.
I complained to the reception. I spoke to the cleaners. They came up and wiped down the shower screen and changed bed linen. Not what l asked for. The dirt was still there...
The staff was friendly, but sadly needed more cleaning experience.
Poor cleaning, poorly equipped. Ended up changing to another apartment that was cheaper and MUCH cleaner.

It wasn't clean very good dirty behind the bed the shower the grif in the door was dirty nothing to cook with just a little frying pan that's it the lifts where dirty and one wasn't not working the floors in the front was dirty to
The location is very convenient, only one block from Melbourne Central station, with most amenities available within walking distance. The reception team are helpful and professional. I booked a studio without the balcony but got one with a balcony, with city view, thanks team! My room was clean and very comfortable, will book again if there's an opportunity. Highly recommended and worth the experience.

This place is a great value for money and the staff were incredibly helpful. It’s also conveniently located near Melbourne Central.
The AC wasn’t working during the first day however after asking staff they helped and fixed it.

Staff were very rude. We had travelled 11 hours only to be told I didn't have a booking when I definitely did. I was treated like poorly and made to feel like I was the one who made the mistake. Also the shower was mouldy, the floors were filthy and the bed was awful!

It was very convenient to many attractions within the city. The staff were very helpful.
The parking on offer was too far away from the apartment. It made it very difficult to get everything needed for 3 young children to the apartment.
The location was great, no parking near by however
Well, firstly I paid extra to book a one bedroom queen bed apartment with balcony and city view instead I got a twin room with 2 single beds in the bedroom and a queen dumped in the tiny living room. No bedside tables, oh and no balcony nor city view, was just a window….. very disappointed and the overall cleanliness was so awful, you could see stains under the pillowcases and bedsheets, the floor carpet had stains all over it and the table and chairs were so disgusting, grime all over it. Additionally the shower was awful aswell so dirty.
