Was not cleaned properly. We found someones toiletries on the floor beside bar fridge and a water bottle lid on the floor near couch. Paint residue drops on the bathroom floor tiles. Very noisy. You could here outside noice.

Pros:

We didn’t get breakfast and also sofa bed was broken the staff brought a fold out bed up that again was broken

Location was great. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Paid extra for a sofa bed that was a twisted broken unusable mess and unmade with no extra sheets to put on it and no staff to ask for some
TV was toooooo small
Table was more like a kids table
Don't rent room 508 without checking the sofa bed first

location close to trams shopping centre and the balcony view was great :)

Cons:

sofa bed was uncomfortable i have a really sore back from the bars and springs, sofa bed didn’t have any pillows or sheets or anything no towels in room had to call and ask .

Pros:

The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. The location was great and the room had everything we needed.

Cons:

We couldn’t access the wifi, but we were quite a late check in and forgot to ask at the desk, so this was probably our mistake!
