Wc-istuimien kannet oli liian pieniä koko hotellissa. Kannen alta paistoi posliinipinta. Ei kiva. Kylpyhuoneet alkavat myös olla päivityskunnossa, vaikka olivat vielä ihan ok.

Aamupala todella pelkistetty, vähän mauton ja erittäin rasvainen.

Hintaan kuuluvista palvelyista ei kerrottu, kaikki piti kysellä ja selvittää erikseen.

Henkilökunnan palveluiloa ja halua jäin kaipaamaan. Eipä paljon hymyilty.

Kaikki vesiliukumäet oli pois käytöstä kylpylässä. Tästä ei kerrottu etukäteen, kuin vasta sisäänkirjautuessa

Until this visit, your hotel had been one of our absolute favorites, which is why it is especially disappointing to write this review. We always looked forward to returning, but unfortunately this time our experience was very different. The biggest disappointment was that while the price of the stay has increased significantly, the quality of the services has, unfortunately, declined.

We were unpleasantly surprised by the expensive paid parking. Compared to our previous stay in February, the breakfast was noticeably more limited, with a much smaller selection of food.

After a long journey, we simply wanted to have a drink of water, but the minibar was completely empty. This was unexpected and inconvenient.

We would also like to mention the cleanliness of the room. After taking off our shoes and walking barefoot, we immediately noticed that the floor had not been cleaned properly, as dust stuck to our feet. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.

The most unpleasant incident occurred in the spa area, where a piece of plaster fell from the ceiling. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the incident left us concerned about the safety of the spa facilities.

At the same time, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to your staff. The employees at both the reception and the spa were exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. Their professionalism and kindness prevented our overall impression from being completely ruined.

We truly hope these are only temporary issues, as your hotel has always been a place we enjoyed returning to. We hope the management will take these comments into consideration and restore the high standard of service that made us fall in love with your hotel in the first place. We sincerely hope that any increase in prices will be matched by the same high level of quality and service, rather than leaving loyal guests disappointed.

Almost all the slides were closed due to technical issues. Had no warning about this or compensation offered. Would have been 10/10 otherwise.

В аквапарке упала штукатурка с потолка, поэтому все горки не работали, всем посетителям аквапарка была скидка 50%, нам никакой скидки не предоставили

Huone olisi voinut olla siistimmässä kunnossa. Myös kylpylän suihkutilat osittain huonossa kunnossa ja mm. osa suihkuista rikki.

Hotell ja spaa on päris väsinud ilmega. Kuluks ära renoveerimine. Meelde jäi - toas liistud lahti, seinad plekilised, kardin siinidelt maas ja toas katkine kingalusikas. Toas puudusid ka sellele hinnaklassile vastavad tavapärased mugavused - sussid, triikraud, veekeedukann, baarikapp tühi. Spaas sama lugu, mitmed alad lindiga ümbritused ja suletud. Saunamaailmas pole rätte. Spaas saunabaar suletud. Hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on väga paigast ära. Ootused olid palju suuremad.

Huone hyvä ja tilava. Pientä paranneltavaa kyllä löytyy. WC:n lavuaarin pesuainepullo ei ollut kunnolla kiinni seinässä ja parvekkeen ovi meni kiinni vasta kun käytti tarpeeksi voimaa.
