Pros:

The staff one day one when we arrive very friendly and kind. The breakfast is always good. We enjoy staying here. The cleaning team is excellent and their supervisor.

Cons:

The receptionist and manager walking around on day 2 made is feel uncomfortable. They were visibly more friendly with some people and not others.

Our stay was fabulous, Your Staff are INCREDIBLE. Thank You for everything
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful
The breakfast was fantastic and catered for any and everybody
The rooms were always clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed and didn't.

Cons:

There are only 2 things, and both can easily be fixed
The showers mess water all over the floor as the shower head is not meant for such a small shower. Nearly slipped as I didn't notice the spill.
REPLACE THE CUSHIONS PLEASE they are old and lumpy.

Expensive for what it is .Needs a serious upgrade .

Cons:

The rooms are very dated ,with very old bathrooms .Taps dont work properly and the hot water runs out quickly .The bed is very uncomfortable and old and small for two people .You keep rolling to the middle as its sunken in .We did request a change in mattress after the first night ,but nothing was done .The breakfast was also nothing to write home about especially if you are not a meat eater ,or prefer healthier options .

Friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was really nice

Cons:

The beds were the most uncomfortable and the shower in the bath wasn't ideal at all. Room 2 the shower didn't work well. (It was horrific). The aircon makes a terrible noise

Because of your uncomfortable beds and horrible shower in the bath, I wouldn't go back to this hotel again, unless it's upgraded. I honestly suggest you replace your beds and remove all baths(have showers only)
