Pros:

The location is amazing - you are within walking distance to restaurants/shops/sights, parking was easy (their parking lot has plenty of space) and they had bike storage as well. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful - if you need anything they'll help you out. Breakfast delivery was nice - but the best part was enjoying it on our deck (amazing view). The townhouse suites are very well laid out and the AC works great. Also want to shout out that the fitness area is nice.

Cons:

There was an issue with the electrical outlet in our room (where the coffee maker & electric kettle was plugged in). We reported it to the front desk - they were super nice about it & hopefully it is fixed for next guests.

Best spot in Newport!
Pros:

Wow, what a perfect little inn in the heart of downtown Newport! My husband and I absolutely loved our experience here and wished we could have stayed longer. From the thoughtful welcome bag, friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, great location, easy parking, and beautiful peaceful rooftop deck, we truly couldn’t think of anything we would have changed. It checked off every box and then some- we will 100% be back!

Pros:

Excellent location! Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and very nice shower.

Cons:

The breakfast was nice but not noteworthy. Private patio was not worth it. The public patio space is quite nice, however.

Lovely and friendly Inn.
Pros:

Lovely Inn. Clean. Comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The bagged breakfasts were surprisingly delicious! Location is excellent. The only advice is bring your smallest car. Parking was rough. Definitely worth the value. Loved it!

Absolutely perfect visit!!
Pros:

Absolutely love this hotel!! Parked easily, checked in and received a lovely welcome bag with local treats, and entered into a gigantic suite on the second floor! The bed is so super comfortable, there are blackout curtains, a rain shower with excellent products, bright light when you want it, an incredible espresso machine, and last but not least, a perfect breakfast and coffee delivered in the morning!! I couldn’t ask for anything more of a hotel, except I wish we could stay longer! A 3 minute walk into town, so also a great location. The staff is so super friendly. I’m writing this from bed where we just called down for towels and they were delivered in approximately 60 seconds. 10/10!!

Very nice hotel clean and comfy. Adorable location
Pros:

It was so comfy and clean, they have a parking lot which is lovely, your greeted with a little welcome bag with snacks, very friendly staff.! Also comfy beds!

Cons:

We didn’t like around 7am the noise above us was consistent, of workers in the other rooms making so much noise, it was so loud and didn’t stop, we couldn’t sleep, we also got in at 2:30, we had to leave it was so loud.

Comfortable, great staff, come to Newport and stay here.
Pros:

It was great to have breakfast right there at the start of the day. We like the fruit cup option. Blueberry muffin would have been nice. The cake was extremely dry and we did not like it. The room was large and roomy, the bed very comfortable. Responsive climate control a plus. I would have been easy to spend more time with you.

Cons:

Shower controls were a challenge. We wasted a lot of water before we got sorted out. The toilet ran all night - notified front desk in the morning.

This is our sixth stay here so I guess we like it
Pros:

Location is very accessible ro downtown. Hotel is very quiet.

Cons:

Parking is a little cramped ! You can park on the road though.

Delightful !
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Mill St Inn. When we arrived the person that checked us in was so helpful. There was complimentary Sangria as well. The room was spacious with a living room set up and a king sized bed with lovely linen. The only negative thing I could say is the bathroom is small. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious . The Inn is centrally located and an easy walk to the Mooring Restaurant where we had reservation. We also toured two of the Newport Mansions - absolutely beautiful and decorated for Christmas. I would highly recommend the Mill St Inn.
