A great compromise of value / location / scale & facilities, but dont expect plushness
Pros:

Good location - walkable to centre, helpful friendly staff, comfortable and clean large room, pool to get some kids energy out, eating options in area.

Cons:

Whilst clean, place could do with a bit of facelift. As with most of the city, traffic can be bit manic nearby and at front. Ideally needed an easy quick bite to eat one day, but restaurant seemed a poor, slightly expensive selection with little atmosphere, so we skipped and forced ourselves out (it might be fantastic, but needs more draw to entice people in).

Pros:

A localização é boa para quem deseja estar proximo ao centro historico.

Cons:

Infelizmente alugaram o salão para uma festa o qual não habia a menor estrutura para abafar o som O quarto, além do barulho, chegava a vibrar com o som o que tornou impossivel dormir naquela noite. Mesmo reclamando não ofereceram qualquer compensação pela terrivel noite. Apesar de bom custo/beneficio, não vale o incomodo de passar a noite em claro.
