El desayuno bastante completo, la ubicación del hotel excelente
Fue incomodo ver Filtración de agua en la habitación. Afortunadamente el hotel lo resolvió cambiando mi habitación.
The hotel is very nice and modern. They had multiple televisions throughout the building showing the World Cup games. It was a lot of fun. We felt very safe walking during the day, but it was a little rowdy at night and there were some scary streets after dark. Great location to see some of the sights by foot, and also to catch the hop on hop off buses.
The wifi was very weak, so we couldn't stream shows. There wasn't much to watch on the hotel tv (in English). I couldn't even download a book from the library.
The informal restaurant charged quite a lot for coffee, and it was old. Yes, we were there after 8:00pm, but I still expect fresh coffee. The waiter was not very pleasant and he never came to check on us. My husband liked his hot chocolate.
FYI: Unfortunately the Hop on Hop off bus was not really effective because the traffic is so bad in Mexico City that you can't get off and see more than one or two attractions. (Not the hotel's fault, just extra information.)

Location was uitstekend. Personeel vriendelijk. Ruime kamer.
Kamers zijn gedateerd. Bijvoorbeeld roosters bij ramen die niet goed dicht te maken zijn waardoor er veel geluid vanuit Reforma binnen komt. Restaurant Lepanto was praktisch dicht.
La tranquilidad, ubicación
El baño principal se inundó, la regadera no estaba bien destapada y tenía un chorro de agua que hizo que el agua saliera fuera de la bañera.
La ubicación es perfecta. El tamaño de la habitación muy amplio y las camas muy comodas. El hotel está muy limpio y tiene muchos servicios alrededor. El personal muy amable.
La puscina es bastante mas pequeña de lo que aparece en las fotos, pero suficiente para refrescarte
