The staff were very helpful the building needs work to bring it to a higher standard.
Pros:

It was available, good size and the communication was good.

Pros:

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The bus station is within walking distance. The city center is also nearby. The area is quiet, which is important. Air conditioning in all rooms is great. There were four of us, and there was enough space for everyone.

Расположение очень удачное, не надо высоко подниматься , при этом тихо и все рядом

Это были худшие аппаратаменты которые я снимал когда либо на booking, честно сказать я не понимаю как они набрали 9.0 баллов, может мне просто не повезло с номером.

1. Ужасно грязно, пыль и грязь везде , кроме пола - только его видимо и моют. Кондиционеры старые и шумят так, что спать под ними невозможно, пыли в самих кондиционерах столько, что просто брезгуешь их включать.

2. 2х спальная кровать шатается, когда на нее садишься, единственный способ ее стабилизировать - прижать к стене.

3.запах по всей квартире, то ли канализации, то ли плесени. Это собственно была главная причина, почему я съехал , не было желания этим дышать.

4. Шторы в пыли и чем то заляпаны, было бы не плохо их постирать.

5. В целом апартаменты выглядят не ухоженными. Создаётся впечатление, что им когда то сделали первоначальный ремонт и теперь из них будут выжимать максимум, пока они не развалятся.

Если вы рассматриваете их к аренде, почитайте отзывы, и начните с негативных. Я верю что кому то они могут подойти, но уверяю за эту цену в Каше можно найти в разы лучше и чище. Да они будут подальше, но я уверя вас чтобы лучше поднять в гору лишние 100 метров, чем нюхать плесень в убитых апартаментах в течение всего проживания

Удобные апартаменты в центре Каша
Pros:

Очень хорошие апартаменты в приятном районе Каша. До центральной набережной минут пять, до магазинов 2-3 минуты.
Все, что нужно, в апартаментах есть. Чисто. Один балкон выходил на море, второй на небольшую улочку. Кровати удобные, в зале мягкий диванчик. На балконах столик со стульями.
Каш и в целом чудесный городок, уже не в первый раз приезжаем.

Skvělé místo
Pros:

Vše bylo perfektní. Poloha blízko centra, ale přesto klidná. Ubytování čisté, personál moc milý a nápomocný. Je tu vše, co byste mohli potřebovat. Byli jsme tu se třemi dětmi a pobyt jsme si všichni užili.

My review isn't for this apartment but for another apartment in another buidling.
When we arrived the owner said that there is problem with the requested apartment.
He gave us another in another building which was for more people but with a much smaller kitchen/common space.
So the location was great and I think that the original apartment was very close to the one that he gave us.
The owner was very involved and wanted to help us to feel comfortable.
It was good value for the money so all in all the stay was nice.

Pros:

Living room space is comfortably big enough for 4 guest, kitchenware and utensils is available. We bought a wine and im grateful they have a wine opener. Hot shower is available, just wait for a little while for it to reheat. Wifi is good, but i don't know why my laptop can't connect to it, phone is fine. Location wise is very near to the old town, a 5 minute walk and you can get everything there.

Cons:

Room is a bit small for you to place your luggage. But is not really a issue, we place our luggage at the living room space.
