Pros:

价格便宜，步行15min可以去到比较热闹的中心，海边吃饭，门口停车不太好停，房东很热情帮忙停车

Cons:

和我当时订房看到的图片完全不一样，我定的是loft双层的房型，给了我地下室的，比较小，应该是房型不同，房间比较老，电器冰箱门厕所的门马桶盖都是坏的，房间里也打不开箱子，只能在客厅打开，4个箱子打开不太好走路

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment for 2-5 people in the center of Kas
Pros:

My husband and I stayed two nights in this apartement and we appreciated it. It is very central- in 5 minutes, you are in at the seafront and in the center of Kas. The appartement is spacious (we didn’t even use the upper floor) and well furnished/equipped .( Nice sea view from the kitchen.) The host is extremely kind and responsive. He does even more than one asks for and was always willing to help even with the slightest demand (e.g. we needed a transparent scotch and he ‘materialized’ it in 10 minutes!). We were allowed to check in earlier than usual and he didn’t ask us to pay until the last day. I cannot but say: thank you for your hospitality.

The staff were very helpful the building needs work to bring it to a higher standard.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The bus station is within walking distance. The city center is also nearby. The area is quiet, which is important. Air conditioning in all rooms is great. There were four of us, and there was enough space for everyone.
