Parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil très aimable en français et les conseils donnés pour organiser une soirée combinant danses et musiques irlandaises.
La chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue était appréciable.
L’ensemble du personnel très aimable et prévenant.
Établissement impeccable et excellente literie.

På det stora hela är vi nöjda med vår vistelse!
Pros:

Vi tyckte om att rummet var rent och fräscht. Vi uppskattade att det fanns Rituals produkter. AC fanns och sängen var skön. Hotellet låg väldigt centralt.

Cons:

Vi gillade inte att man hade en glasdörr in till toaletten. Dessutom med stora springor i sidorna. Vi fick först ett rum som redan var upptaget, där låg ngn och sov. Städningen gjordes alldeles för sent på dagen, runt 15-16 tiden.

10/10, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded every expectation I have for a vacation. It had everything I could ask for—and more. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there was a minibar, a coffee machine, complimentary bottled water, and so many thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The restaurant was fantastic as well. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that was missing. Everything was simply perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that only one elevator was in service, which seemed challenging for both guests and staff. I assume this was temporary and probably due to a technical issue, so it didn’t affect my overall experience.

Pros:

Location was excellent to the Temple District. Parking building across the road was handy. Supermarket across the street with a small selection of everything needed. The room was large, well set out and beds comfortable.

Cons:

We had an exhaust fan in the bathroom which ran all the time (could not turn it off) - no one came to fix it despite multiple complaints. The lift hardly fits 4 people and luggage, very small. And only one lift.

All in all, a classy place.
Pros:

Always a favourite over the years. Exceptionally professional/friendly staff and great customer service. Eg some extra coffee pods to room wasn’t a problem. Great attention to detail with hotel design aspects and room design/interior colours.

Cons:

Maybe a little bit noisy this visit with Temple bar location and night life outside (front room I had) but not excessive. Turning on air con solved that problem for sleeping. All other previous visits never was a problem in that respect.
