Today I went to the hotel because my friend recommended it for its great service, and indeed we were very well received. Wallas was always attentive to us and provided excellent service. In addition, the bartender Mario makes exceptional drinks and is always on top of keeping us well-served. I will definitely return and recommend it if you want to have a pleasant time

The location is right in the middle of things, which is super nice so you always have something to do. The rooms themselves are clean and quiet.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic and our server, Rafaello, was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of!
The location is very central and walkable! On our first night we were too jet lagged to do much and ended up eating dinner at the hotel bar. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, we especially loved Rafaello our bartender!

I visited the restaurant at The Morgan Hotel in Dublin with a few friends earlier this week, and everything was excellent.
The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming, and very comfortable, but what really made our experience special was the outstanding service from Wallace. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional, and he made us feel completely at ease throughout the evening.
Because of Wallace, we genuinely felt at home, and that made the whole experience even better. We would definitely come back and will happily recommend the restaurant to our friends.

The Morgan is in a prime location of Dublin! Ignacio made check in seamless and all the bartenders, Rafaello, Wallas, and Alex, were amazing and funny! Would 10/10 recommend :)

What you are paying for at this hotel ks location, location and location however ONLY if (like me) you like being in the middle of all things happening. I chose it for this reason and glad to report that the location is indeed unbeatable. Steps away from tbe Temple Bar it can get noisy so ask about that when you check in. I was in one of the back rooms so it was very quiet. The room was massive (they upgraded me as I stayed for 6 nights) and everything from the in-room refreshments to the bathroom was splendid. Housekeeping could do better- most days i came back to dirty cups and pulled out tables. Service was great- Dipu at the front desk was very helpful. Everyone from the bar to the reception was friendly and smiling. Only reason j am taking 1 star away is it's quite expensive for what it is- eg the room (though great) overlooked someone's balcony so you have no view and always have to keep the curtains fully drawn. Wfi was good speed and bar always seemed throbbing though I didn't drink there.
Special thanks to Rafaellos exellent service in bar and his recommendations with Japanese whiskies. We get also exellent service from Wallas in Hotel restaurant.
