Love the place! Wish we could have stayed longer 🥰
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Friendly and warm staffs that are available late at night and in the early morning. Kind enough to lent us the plug adapters (absolute savior). The room is beautiful (took family room), extremely clean, everything is complete. Very comfortable and silence.

Dream stay for a solo traveller
Pros:

I stayed here on a work trip and it had everything I need, can walk to Pererenan or Canggu with things super close buy but far enough from the business that it was quiet to sleep. I loved having a fridge and filtered water and a massive bed, the room was super clean and the space had everything i needed including good lighting and a. desk. The pool is really gorgeous - there is only one day bed which I managed to get everyday for an hour, this was the perfect home base for a work trip but if you want to laze by the pool everyday with someone else its maybe not as good but for a solo traveller I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

If you can sleep well with loudly music or you don’t care how many strangers will come into the villa , welcome
Pros:

Everything good except the manger how to figure out the problem of noise at midnight.

Cons:

I’m not sure they 100% knows who are the customer living in there , the room beside our room have a party at midnight for 2 days , I’m pretty sure the minimum amount is over 2-3 people in that room ! Even though the villa said that cant not have any party here.
The manger said we can swap to another room but the staff told us the room is very close the road will hear the noise from car and they already told to our neighbor don’t make noise at midnight if they did I can send message on booking let the villa knows.
Unfortunately , the second night they still playing the music and talking very loudly , the room don’t have any phone inside so I send the messages and keep awake until morning
The manger reply us they have 24 hours staff in the front , and is me refunded to swap the room and the noise is probably from the other villa.
but how? How can I go outside at midnight and so many strangers have a party there? Why is not your staff or you need to more focus who come in the villa? Why is not your staff or you need to pay attention on that room? And I am pretty sure the noise is beside our room so is in your villa!! Also we trust your staff told to them to keep quiet at midnight already that why we didn’t swap to
I’m very thanks for the first day your advice but after that we both are very disappointed in here , we won’t recommend anyone to come , thank you
