Location excellent, good bed, good size bathroom
Outside furniture seat covers need replacement, room walls badly marked need painting, kitchen bin had mould inside it

Great location, comfy beds and good size unit. Partial view of the marina.
Strange shower arrangement with clear glass shower wall into the lounge/kitchen area of the unit. There was a shower curtain for privacy which resulted in lots of water on the bathroom floor
The location was fantastic and very comfortable stay
A little dated, needs a little revamp but otherwise ok. Not all ocean view rooms have a very good view of the ocean considering the price
The location was great and the staff amazing. Grounds well maintained and clean.
Beware if booking an ‘Ocean View’. All apartments on front of building Same price but not the same apartment. First allocated to us (403) had little view of any water. View was of building next door and trees. Small and very ‘worn out’. We were moved and very grateful for that. Cleaning is also lacking with fingerprints on switches, doors and fridge.
Central location above the night market, 2 mins from the lagoon and a 5 minute walk yo the harbour.

Best part of our Cairns stay was coming back to this beautiful room each day. The sea view balcony room was superb
The view was wonderful from the seventh floor. The location was excellent so close to restaurants and the night market , harbour and swimming lagoon. Swimming towels were in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Although an older unit it was freshly painted. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The curving knives were blunt and there was no dishwasher or grater in the kitchen

Location is prime and that was the best thing about the property
1. Sofa bed was of very poor quality
2. Rooms looked dated with plaster falling away from the ceiling
3. The lifts went out of order on the last day
4. Cleanliness of the rooms was questionable
