The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect. We came with a car and the automatic parking is very nice and comfy.

Heel mooie ruime kamers. Is een zo goed als all inclusive hotel. Ik had enkel ontbijt, maar halfpension is mogelijk. Gratis koffie en drankservice. Gratis ijsjes verkrijgbaar. Gratis kleine maaltijd in de avond verkrijgbaar. Publieke en privebaden mogen vrij gebruikt worden. Privebaden wel, indien niet bezet. Heel mooie en rustige rooftoptuin met SmokeArea. Tophotel!!

A modern friendly convenient hotel not to be missed!!!!
Pros:

My second Onsen hotel after staying at the one near Sounzan. It's a very convenient located in the town, only ten minutes walk from Hakone station. The staffs are very cheerful and helpful. There are plenty eating out restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops around. That's why I only requested for the breakfast as I wanted to sample some delicious food in the town. My room is spacious and clean. The facilitate is great and there is a bath tub on the balcony for soaking your tired feet but I'm more interest about the onsen. I managed to try both private and public. They were brilliant! The steam room is also available in the public onsen. Wow! The breakfast is the highlight and they provide different variety food🍱😋. The Wifi is excellent👍 There are free drinks and snacks at the hotel. I'm more than happy to recommend if you are planning to stay at Hakone😀

To be honest! Nothing bad I can think of.... Maybe the quality of onsen is not as good as the one on the mountain!

今は、おもてなしと言う昔からの宿泊施設のサービスが老舗の旅館、ホテルでもなくなってしまっているので寂しく思っていたのですが、昔のおもてなしが月の宿沙らさんにはあって、感激致しましました。

お部屋の清掃が、もう少し隅々迄行き届いていたらと、残念におもいました。

Un havre de paix et de détente
Pros:

Un personnel très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont magnifiques et bien équipées. Des boissons à volonté. Les Osens sont très bien egalement. Nous avons profité du menu du soir. Le personnel du restaurant est super et nous explique les différents plats. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel ne nous a pas convenu car pas habitué mais était copieux.
