Per un soggiorno di classe in Giulianova è necessario soggiornare allo YOUMANI.
Pros:

Lo staff della Reception e del Bar, dove si fa un'ottima colazione, è di assolta qualità: educato, preparato e buona professionalità. Le camere sono spaziose, organizzate e godono di assoluta pulizia. Forse più adatte alle famiglie numerose per soggiorni di media durata che a coppie che transitano per una sola notte. (sono organizzate con cucina e quanto necessario per un appartamento piccolo ma con ogni confort per una vacanza al mare). La SPA è a pagamento e questa è una scelta corretta...però per chi viene come ospite la prima volta nella struttura darei una entrata gratuita per l'eventuale prossimo soggiorno...per incentivare clienti a ritornare per un fine settimana nei periodo di poca affluenza turistica.

Cons:

Magari nei periodi di poco afflusso darei il garage senza costi per incentivare il turismo breve.

Saisonende, Sonntag auf Montag, wenig Gäste, Ruhe, sehr angenehm! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Tolle, grosse Poollandschaft. Schönes, neueres Hotel!

Хороший готель для сімейного відпочинку.
Pros:

Сніданок був різноманітним, дуже багато випічки. Омлет та панкейки роблять по замовленню, трішки потрібно зачекати. Чай та кава входить у вартість сніданку, просто потрібно замовити у офіціанта.
Дуже багато перекусів , йогуртів та фруктів для маленьких дітей.

Єдиний мінус - відсутність овочів взагалі .

Пляж - недалеко. Проте лежаки та парасолі платні.

Обовʼязково візьміть на прокат велосипеди ( 2 години на день для гостей готелю безкоштовно) , щоб проїхатись набережною.

Cons:

Басейн працює лиш до 19 години.

Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, supernettes Personal, traumhafter Pool, super schöne saubere Zimmer,
riesiger Balkon mit Tisch und gemütlichen Stühlen,
Top Lage des Hotels, wenige Meter zum Meer, riesiger Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar in der Nähe (Oasi),

2025 traumhaft und 2026 ein Desaster

Es ist vom Komfort ein schönes Hotel, weswegen wir ein zweites Mal in Folge dort hin sind.
Die Nähe zum Meer und der Autobahn ist echt super.

Cons:

Es war dieses Jahr extrem voll, gefühlt schon überfüllt. Das ist halt eine Frage der Kapazitätenplanung, welche im Verhältnis nicht passend schien. Aber am schlimmsten war echt das Frühstück. Die Leute stehen einem quasi mitten im Essen und stoßen an die Tische. Keinerlei Organisation seitens des Cafés. Das Personal war letztes Jahr schon langsam und vergesslich, aber dieses Jahr war es so schlimm, dass wir ab dem 2. von 11 Tagen uns selber verpflegt haben und die finanziellen Einbußen hingenommen haben. Im Land der Kaffeekultur hat man dort immer die falsche Bestellung und zudem kalt und bitter bekommen. Das war leider extrem unbefriedigend und massiv schlechter als letztes Jahr. Am Pool hat man keine Chance und der Strand kostet täglich 20€ zzgl. zu den mehr als 200€ pro Nacht. Leider kommen wir nicht wieder.
