Pros:

The breakfast was excellent plenty of selection to choose from everything was very tasty we were very impressed with the breakfast .we think nothing could have been better the stay was amazing the staff were so helpfull the room was incredable the only small thing I would suggest is directions for some of the tvs in the room and the fancy toilet .

Cons:

Nothing incredable we will be back loved it all thank you .

Wonky pictures on the walls (couldn’t be moved)
One of the tv’s in the bedrooms did not work.
No snacks provided in room - just tea, coffee and water.
Some of the furniture was very tired looking, could do with being updated. Expected more for the price paid.

Cons:

Staff members. From check in to check out. All rude and no one helpful. Sports bar were good only.
Security good.
Dj entertainment disengaging. Bar staff unfriendly.
Room service staff excellent!

It was nice but probably wouldn’t spend the same money to stay there again

The facilities were nice, the pool area was nice and relaxing and the casino was fancy (partners review) lots of food options

Cons:

My room wasn’t like the photos of the room I booked. It felt like it wasn’t very clean, my baby got very dirty when crawling around. The bathroom felt dirty. It just wasn’t inviting
