5 Star amenities & top notch customer service! Will definitely be back!
Pros:

Our room was clean, beautiful view of the harbour, check in staff, & room service staff were friendly. The amenities offered at the hotel were “The Star” of the show!

Cons:

Our booking had requested we contact the property to organise/confirm certain inclusions we had with our package & I could never get through on the phone. I also tried messaging the property via the booking.com app and no reply- and so we arrived at the property blindly with questions unanswered prior to check in.

Great stay
Pros:

Room was clean, it was close to everything in the harbour, staff were friendly and allowed us to check In earlier, breakfast was nice with good options

Cons:

Room was a little small but still comfortable and harvest buffet seating was dirty needs an update with new furniture
