Everything you need under one roof! Brilliantly appointed rooms and fabulous service.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, spacious and not far from central Sydney. Harvest buffet for breakfast was great with a large selection of food.

Pros:

I love that you don’t need to leave, especially when the weather was so rubbish you can get all your meals etc onsite, shame you can’t access any bars when you have a baby with you though

Cons:

The island bench top is so ridiculously high, whoever designed that was insane. We ordered room service which must have been sitting somewhere for a long period of time before being delivered. The queue checking in was so long with only a couple of staff checking people in. I don’t know that the apartment is worth the price unless you’re spending your whole time there or needing to work, the king room is just as good for a much better price.

It was good - not great.
Pros:

Good size room. Clean, quiet.

Cons:

Lack of coffee pods in machine and only small milk. No biscuits. So spend say $500 for 1 night and you can't even have a decent relax time - have to go out. And no -- didn't need a minibar.

Enjoyed the room and being close to the casino.
Pros:

We provided our own breakfasts. We had dinner at the Casino on three nights. Apartment was great.

Cons:

I thought there would have been a laundry in the room.

Our stays are alway pleasurable due to the staff.
Pros:

The room had no coffee or tea facilities. My husband enjoy a sit down and a beverage after we travelled to the city. Please don’t stop supplying bottled water.

Cons:

I’m old fashion and still remember small packets of biscuits to enjoy with a beverage. I feel with the quality of the The Star it was a mistake to remove this small gester for guest.
