Pricing was fair for location and time.
They attempted to pre-charge my card at 5am. Check in was set for 3pm. The charge didn't go through due to my bank marking it fraud. Bank called stating the charge was coming from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hotel sent an email at 3:45pm stating I had 2 hours from the time of the email to update payment before my booking was cancelled. We were 45 minutes out from the hotel by the time I happened to check my email, it was 4:45pm. When I tried to call to speak with someone at the hotel. The staff placed me on hold 2x for over 10 minutes. Had to call a 3rd time to finally get her to answer. She couldn't answer as to why the charge was coming up that way and stated they cancelled our booking at 8am this morning. Which didn't coincide with the email at all. Not happy with the overall experience.
The location was good. The customer service agent was very pleasant and friendly.
The room wasn't in the best condition. The sink was dirty and the rooms obviously need to be remodeled. Everything is old and the cable service was terrible.

This hotel was a last min option after another location canceled on us with no notice. It's not a place I would choose daily, but it did give us a bed to sleep in considering we were 4 hours from home.
Breakfast was a huge let down. Do not expect a hot meal. It's just bread in ziplock bags for toast, cereal, & muffins.
