Loud neighbors. One working elevator and locked stairs is unacceptable and inconvenient.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service from Staff
Pros:

My experience with the night-shift front desk employee, Nina, was extremely disappointing. I needed assistance during my stay and instead of trying to help resolve the situation, she was dismissive and made me feel like I was a problem rather than a guest. Her exact response was that she would “get [me] off the premises.”

That is an extremely inappropriate way to speak to a paying guest, especially when I was simply looking for assistance. I understand that employees have policies they have to follow, but there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with guests. Nina’s attitude and lack of willingness to help completely ruined my experience. Management should seriously address the way guests are being treated during the night shift.

Great hotel
Pros:

Dallas is very big and not walkable. So this hotel is 10 miles from centre. and ubers are not expensive .so easy to stay here ..for price and comfort

Great choice.
Pros:

Warm welcome at check in. Clean comfortable suite. Pleasant happy hour with Craig, the bartender. I enjoyed talking with Craig. As a solo business traveler it was really nice to chat with him. He is a great asset to this hotel. I noticed he paid great attention and was welcoming to every guest. I learned a bit about Trinidad , where is his family came from, although he was born here.

Pros:

Inner courtyard and reception staff were very friendly. Also loved the location.

Cons:

Bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. Also the tub was old.

Good stay !
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful . Enjoyed the breakfast and pool and hot tub and happy hour!

Cons:

I was very disappointed in the cost for parking we were there Thursday- Saturday and had to Pay $87 for parking :(
One of the elevators was broken and it made the other
one have very long wait times.
