A safe and restful stay
Pros:

Jorge, the omelet cook was super! Did a great job!

Cons:

Our plane didn’t land until 5:30, and had to pick up a rental that made it difficult to arrive in time for for happy hour. Was able to get one drink, but the bartender was inflexible on giving the second drink, because I was a couple minutes past 7. Could have shown some class and mercy given the circumstances to provide the second drink. Thought it was a bit stiff and uncaring to a customer.

I love the food and happy hour.

Cons:

I called and left a message to have someone call me back about the email referring to an upgrade which included no additional information. I final called and spoke with the property manager and she said there weren't any upgrade and the room i was assigned was provided how much or what it include.

I wanted to give the people a better grade but the facility needs to match the energy of the staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, the reason I stay at embassy and the room size and comfort.

Cons:

This Embassy met the basic of needs as you can tell. Mind you I'm a District Manager, the place needs an inspection general cleaning top to bottom. Elevator glass needs cleaning, elevator button needs fixing inside and out (attention to detail). The lobby carpet is nasty and dirty. Baggage carts need to be revisited, all of them need to be tighten up for strength purposes full size carts for your customers. The hotel never gave me the POP I am accustomed too.
Where is the General Manager and the Regional Manager? This hotel is on it's way to dump status.

Besides the elevator, I have no complaints.
Pros:

Location (convenient to everything). Facility was not too big. Cozy vibes.

Cold room
Pros:

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room was freezing, so I turned up the temperature on the thermostat and turned down the fan and it never got any warmer. I thought I would warm up with a hot shower but the shower was barely lukewarm for the first 20 minutes. I ended up turning off the thermostat all together for the rest of the trip. The front desk staff were not overly friendly either. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Property was good , but I don’t think I will come back . The shower was cold the bathroom sink was clogged up the AC was not able to regulate and the room was freezing cold , we had to call front desk to get the heater on in the room . Elevator was not working either .
