Simple but exceptional!
Pros:

Simple but exceptional hotel.
Service was incredible, in particular providing umbrellas during an unexpected storm. The receptionist was extremely friendly and went above and beyond.
Amenities are also excellent. There was a safe, fridge with still and sparkling water, TV, kettle, robes and slippers and air con. There were also daily refills of water and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine.

Cons:

A very small amount of dust under the bed.

Extremely disappointing service. I had a 7:00 a.m. flight and needed a taxi at 4:30 a.m. The front desk told me to come

Poor communication, random front desk hours. Since most of the international flights lives Florence in early morning, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft nahe am Zentrum der Altstadt und sehr nahe zum Arno, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es gab auf Nachfrage jeden Tag Wasser (still oder Sprudel) so viel man wollte. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Als Parkplatz empfehlen wir Porta al Prato in ca. 400 Metern Entfernung. Liegt außerhalb der ZTL und kostet 20 Euro für 24 Stunden. Es ist nicht überfüllt und 24 Stunden geöffnet.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung. Dass es kein Frühstück gibt, war vorher klar. Das wäre vermutlich noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Aber so müsste man schon nach Fehlern suchen.
