Decepcionante manejo de situaciones críticas para ser un Hilton.

El estilo colonial del hotel es espectacular.

Cons:

Desde el inicio de la estancia no se contaba con agua caliente, pues estaban en respiraciones. Esta situación escaló al punto de que el miércoles 15/07 no hubo agua potable hasta pasado las 18:00 hrs. Para poder limpiar los baños nos pasaron un balde con agua de la piscina y agua embotellada para poder lavarnos las manos y dientes.

No tenían todo del menú en el restaurante, el área de piscina sucia, la habitación en el baño se salía el agua, y todo en general viejo. NO REGRESARÍA NUNCA

Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, muy cuidadas y con zonas verdes, además de la limpieza que merece destacarse. El personal del hotel es muy amable y el desayuno es abundante y de calidad.

Es precioso, huele a limpio. El personal es amable, no se escucha el ruido de la calle.
